Works....does what it is supposed to do. Nice that it is organic.
This product was easy to use and seemed to work in my machine. Was drawn to the organic nature of the product although I understand what it takes to do this job so I'm careful that every trace is gone before I use for coffee again. It's my first descale product so I have nothing to compare it to, but it worked as expected. I will likely re-order.

Work for my Keurig K-cup machine
I purchased this item after seeing Descale displayed on my Keurig K-cup machine. It works. You have to let the machine run through a complete descaling cycle. You must follow the instructions for your machine. It takes 2 full tank of water on my Keurig. Put the powder in the first tank, and only fresh water in the second tank. At the end of the descaling cycle, the display will go dark an you can brew your coffee normally.

Not Good For Nespresso Machine
NESPRESSO machine lights indicated descaling was needed. Applied product but warning light remained on. Not sure if it worked.Product may work for regular coffee makers but not NESPRESSO.
