A1 A-1 Hi-Fi Audio Mini Integrated Amplifier with Headphone Amplifier Vacuum Tube USED

Great sound for the money when hooked up to properly efficient speakers

Just received today and it's sitting next to my Qinpu A-3 amp and am using both as headphone amps. The little A-1 Mini is a heavy little guy, very solid and really cool to look at with the glowing blue lights behind the tubes. I've found the A-1 Mini to be different than the A-3 as the A-3 really rocks my AKG-702's whilst the A-1 Mini seems to power my Grado SR-125' along with my Audio-Technica AD-700's better than the 702's...those 2 needing a slightly less powerful amplifier than the AKG's. Now this A-1 Mini is just warming up and burning in and noticed the 100 hr burn in suggestion in the seller write up here on Amazon, but it sounds pretty darn good as new, so we'll see in a few days if any improvement happens. Maybe there will be a bit more clarity in the music after 100hrs, but it ain't bad now. I like how it looks and sounds with the right headphones (imho) that I have here. Also I have a pair of Triangle Titus XS speakers I am going to hook up to the A-1 Mini after a week or so of burn in. They are very efficient....we'll see ;-)
