Silent, built with quality
The media could not be loaded. For under 10 quid I got a well built and silent fan. The second setting is more noisy for those who need it but the airflow of the double fan is sufficient for most uses on setting 1.Very helpful that the casing can easily open making cleaning the blades simple. The plastic overall is high quality for the price, it will likely break if it falls from the top of a shelve etc but can't complain.I initially got justte one to keep the laptop cool, but after a few months during summer I got another one for myself, just went straight to my history, didn't even look for any other.

Quiet and much more effective than expected!
This is a great little fan. It is lightweight and powers via USB. It has two sets of blades, two speed settings and its tilt may be adjusted. It is truly amazingly effective - I have used it plugged in next to our TV in the lounge, and sitting on the sofa a few feet away, I could feel a nice breeze from it. Most of the time I use it in my home office, and as it is nearer me then, I would put it on the lower setting. I think it is very quiet - an audible hum on the higher setting and a barely discernible very quiet hum on the lower setting. It is not noiseless - wouldn't expect any fan to be. It's very small and lightweight - but not fragile - so it's easy to plug in anywhere you need a fan. I have also used it in our dining area in the kitchen. I think it is a great buy and we have bought three, the oldest from 2019, still working perfectly.

Great fan but short life!
Love this fan, super convenient! However, the motor on it has died now twice! They resent me one but it died again :(

Quiet, and still going after two summers
I bought one of these in summer 2022 for £8.99 and it's still going in October 2023. It's quiet and works really well as a small personal desk fan. It's breezy enough, without being too powerful like a full-size fan would be. The low-speed setting I find works best unless I've come in from a walk in the summer sun, at which point the high-speed setting gets blasted out for 20 minutes. If it died tomorrow I'd still buy another. Highly recommended.

Lasted 2 years 8 hours use per day. Excellent fan!
For the price this fan is brilliant.Mine has just died after 2 years valuable service. Please consider it was issued every night all night for it’s 2 years!I get hot in bed (all the time tbh) and this fan, bought especially for the summer keeps me cool. I place it on my bedside table aiming at my body. There are two settings, low and high; I use both depending on weather and room temperature. It’s not silent though. I’m not sure how a fan could be silent unless it is bladeless (Dyson) but it is quiet enough and the little noise made is a white noise you can easily get used to or tune out.I’ve suffered for 2 nights without this fan waiting for my new one to arrive. I’m thoroughly looking forward to many more cool and comfortable nights sleep when it does get here.Side notes:I run it through multi USB tap which itself is plugged into the mains. It helps to unscrew a few screws and clean all the collected dust off to maintain optimal output. This doesn’t need to be done frequently by any means. Perhaps once or twice a year.

Noisy.
The airflow is good, but sadly, it vibrates a lot.It will be sent back for a replacement, I am quite willing to give it another go.

Superb - could only be improved by sturdier USB cable
I purchased this fan over three years ago and recently I have decided to purchase a replacement. Before I mention mine dying, please note it lasted much longer than other USB fans I purchased, which would often only last a couple of months. The fan died due to the USB cable failing - mechanically it was fine. I actually resoldered the USB cable last year and had I decided to persevere again, I would almost certainly have succeeded. Just don't repeatedly tread/lie on on the USB cable and you will be fine! The noise level is average, but it is also worth noting that the ibohr moves A LOT of air - considerably more than other fans I have tried. I don't know if the physics technically favour a two blade design, but it seems to work exceptionally anyhow.Hope that helps!

Superb value and better than the metal caged options out there
There’s some really good positives about this fan:It’s very quiet, not silent (I don’t think anything would be truly silent as everything has some sort of motor) but very quiet indeed at the lowest setting and works just fine as a bedside fan! At the highest setting, of course it makes a bit more noise but it’s not distracting and it’s very constant (there is no clicking or sound of it moving around, ‘whap whap whap whap’ kind of thing)The fact that you can change the angle of the fan is always good and although this doesn’t tilt forwards, it tilts backwards and because of the design, you can do this at any angle: it’s a smooth movement to glide it backwards and it doesn’t have set positions it needs to be in.Aside from not being able to tilt it forwards (which, for most people, isn’t going to be an issue, as it will be on the desk lower than you and tilted upwards) it’s a superb buy!
