I ordered this battery for a customer and received it the same day... Once it arrived it was very easily installed and didn’t require any special instructions to get it to sync with windows... it was simply plug and play.. my customer is very happy....

Says it charges to 100%, but I get about 1-2 minutes of even basic web use before the entire machine shuts down. And it arrived with a mounting tab broken off, like it had been used.

It was very easy to install the battery - also the special screw drivers came with the battery.

very satisfied with battery, very good clean well made battery with an awesome price... seems to hold a charge very well, I'd say same as my OE dell battery when it was new. plug fits very well but the wires are slightly too long, I put a twist in it to use up the length (see pic)

Just what i needed.

This is a six cell battery and does not physically fit in the Precision 5510 laptop.

Never charged from day 1. Completely useless and waste of money.

Installed this battery into a Dell Precision 5520. Everything fit, easy to install, but when booted up, the computer gave error messages that the battery installed is not an official Dell battery and will not be charged. Unable to comment on runtimes or quality due to this.
