Amazon gave me a refund
Missing interior accordion pocket. Amazon could not provide one. Told me to contact manufacturer. Who told me they can’t help me because I purchased thru a 3rd party. Amazon gave me a refund

Untrustworthy
Second Tumi return. Unbelievably difficult for them to get such an expensive item correct. First they sent me a used bag and then they sent me a bag without the key or instructions on how to use the combination lock.
