I like this thermos; it keeps food hot and ready to take anywhere with confidence. It comes with its own carrying case.

My two boys always prefer hot lunch (pasta, rice, noodles, etc). Most thermo containers have small openings which make it hard to fill up the food, and they tend to be too small for my growing teens. This thermo container has two tiers, which is perfect to separate meat/vegetable and rice. The food stays hot (kids have never complained). Very easy to clean with the bigger opening as well. The bag that comes with the container is very useful as it goes into my children’s’ backpacks quite easily. Or they can just carry the bag separately. There is also very good customer service. I was able to get a replacement lid very quickly when my son lost his at school (among many other things he claimed lost…). I really appreciate the fast response. My husband now begs me to pack his lunch too knowing this thermo works really well. I strongly recommend this product.

Updated review: I’m giving it 4 stars for their good customer service to back up their 90 day satisfactory warranty. I’m debating if I should buy it again to replace the malfunction one as it’s a nice product for daily use if it can test the time. I have used this lunch box for 2 months and it was leak proof initially but with time the top plastic lid no longer provides tight seal as it keeps turning loose. I used it mainly for hot lunch so likely the hot temperature changed the quality of the plastic. It’s a good design with wide open mouth and good portion size but if it’s no longer leak period, it defeats its purpose of keeping food warm and contained.

I am on the hunt for an insulated lunch box for my 7yo. I thought this would be a good small and handy bag to carry it and would keep his food hot or cold. I am not happy with this purchase and would not recommend for 2 reason quality and not insulated. Upon opening the box and handling the thermos I question the insulation because the material was thin. My husband suggests testing before use so we did. We boiled water and pour it into both sections. After closing the lid there was small leakage. I noticed the top compartment was hot to the touch and I would not feel safe for a small kid to handle. We left the container with hot liquid for 4 hours and the boiling water was not even warm. I would not recommend it and will return today!

It does okay with keeping things warm, so long as your prime the container. Though it does not keep things hot. My soups are luke warm 5hrs -6hrs later When warm or hot it’s difficult to take the top off, as there’s no accessible release valve. And there’s no easy way to remove top from the warming section. The containers bottom lid already had the top come off, and glue no longer sticking. So I need to try and fix that. I like the size fits easily in my purse, and the strap makes it easy to carry otherwise. I do suggest adding boiling water to the bottom container, replacing the lid and putting it in the insulation bag for 5-10m while prepping, so it’ll warm everything up for your food while heating your lunch.

I love it for lunch. My wife makes me a lunch and I can have a two course meal at lunchtime because of the two containers and it keeps the food warm for four hours or five hours before I eat lunch.

So I wasn't sure if I should get this because of the reviews. But my son said it kept his food hot and it didn't leak. I think you need to use it with the Thermal covering they provide. He likes it and liked the covering for it. It is small, but perfect for separating items. So one container holds his protein while the other holds rice and veggies. I don't mix cold and hot so I can't tell you how that would work together. Super easy to clean as well.

The best thermos to pack healthy lunch for work. My husband liked it so much that he asked me to order one for him too. Keeps cold/hot from the morning till lunch with no issue if used as per instruction. Easy to wash, easy to store. I love it. ❤️
