This is a very nice stethoscope, I'm a nursing student and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a stethoscope. I went back and forth for weeks debating on whether I should get this one or a more expensive one. Finally I made the decision to purchase this one and I'm glad I did! This is a good purchase. Many of the other girls in my class purchased the same one and are very pleased. Don't be fooled by those higher prices this is a GOOD deal.

Great stethoscope especially for the price! These sound clear than my other Sprague Rappaport scope (didn't have Peds adapters). I've been a CNA since 2012, and an RN Student since 2014. Unless you're planning on getting a Littman Master Cardiology 3, you WILL NOT get as much sound; and even then, you won't get this versatility. Picked this up for my Peds rotation and I was able to auscultate a normative murmur on a 1 yr old in the PICU, and a Patent ductus arteriosus in a neonate in the NICU.3M (Littman) makes a great product that many professionals use; but the Sprague Rappaport style, dual tube design gives you better sensitivity which can only enhance your assessments. Don't waste money on anything but this tried and true design. MDF offers a well crafted piece here at a great price. .. the warranty is just icing on the cage

I bought this stethoscope for nursing school. I could not afford an expensive one and based on the reviews (for this one compared to the expensive ones) I concluded that I was getting a great stethoscope for the price. I wasn't wrong. I can hear everything clear and distinguish the sounds well. It does not look cheap, it looks like I paid a lot for them. People have asked me in school where I got it and can't believe when I tell them how much I paid for it.Update****It’s 2019 and I use it every night work. This stethoscope has fallen so many times on the floor hahaha and it’s still standing. I still Like it.

Pro: It compares well to the Littmann Classic SE and the Littmann Cardiology III in terms of what I can hear. I can actually hear heart sounds better with this scope compared to Littman's.Con: It is heavy compared to the Littmann Classic SE and the Littmann Cardiology III

I am a Respiratory Therapist with over 38 years experience and this stethoscope is spot on. Ear pieces fit perfect, breath sounds are distinct and clear. You can fold it up and stuff it into a cargo pocket on your scrub pants. Tubing has just the right flexibility, not stiff or flimsy. Extra replacement pieces are a plus. definitely would buy this again if needed or as a gift to someone in the healthcare field.

Good quality and clear sound. Have used Littmann Classic 3 and these sound just as good. I saw a review about them not being comfortable due to angel of the ear peices, that is true... until you adjust them. Have used them for 20 minutes nonstop with little discomfort.I am very happy with them and would purchase them again.

My husband is currently in fire Academy and has already completed EMT. Next will be paramedic. He first bought a cheap pair to just cause that's what he does. I bought these as a gift because if he's going to be helping others he needs a quality pair to do so! He loves them and says they were the nicest in his class. One con: a bit on the heavy side.

Saved me...or maybe my patients many a time. I prefer it to the Cardiology 2 that I have. Small bell for pediatrics or other applications. A big plus being all black and easily cleanable.
