Roger Sifu, as always, puts out top notch Kung Fu training and learning (the training of the mind) material, with an emphasis on Southern (also known as "Hakka) Mantis! If this is the only DVD you purchase to train from, it will benefit you little as you need to build on a foundation to truly understand the structure.His training material has helped me realize that we should always consider ourselves to be the lesser light that are only pale reflections of the greater ones,as the moon, while it gives light, only reflects the Sun.
