Beautiful Sturdy and Sleek
This faucet was beautiful.. I wish I could have kept it. It was sleek and sturdy all at the same time...my vessel bowl was just to high for it but I would recommend this product to anyone who had a sink within the faucet dimensions.

Striking unit and excellent service
This faucet is gorgeous and very solid - no cheap plastic anywhere. After 2 years, the finish has scratched off the handle a little. Seller is awesome and responsive.

Good looking
First one received after a LONG wait, then the parts did not fit together correctly. Took some more waiting to get one that worked. Unusual and the look of it is always complimented by guests. Update: Last week, after less than 2 years of occasional use (guest bath), the faucet suddenly would not shut off. Had to turn off water underneath the faucet. The plumber found the cartridge was completely carroded. He was able to replace it. Fingers crossed this one will last longer.

It has already started leaking after being installed and no towel bar or robe hook
I'm a little upset at the title. It said that it included a robe hook, a towel bar, and the toilet paper holder. If I'm misreading the title somebody please help correct me and I will change the review. The only option I have is to return the item which I really don't want to do because the plumbers going to be here tomorrow to put the the faucet in my new house. I bought two of these and I'm just frustrated. UPDATE now the faucets are leaking after being installed and there's nothing to do to fix them. Installed by professional plumber on top of that

Look really amazing, be prepare for expense at least $20.00 for replacement the water line faucets. I ask seller for change the faucet and I received the original one. I have to buy two water lines faucet to install.

Cheap
The shape is cool, but thats where it ends. The base is plastic. Super cheap. It's strangely loud. It looks black instead of like an oiled bronze.

Leaking
It leaks, I am reporting it to the company hopefully they will replace or refund. It’s beautiful. We had to order a plumbing adapter
