Seller deserves a 5 star review...purchased other items from them in the past! The molds themselves seem to be sturdy, but they are VERY small! They are smaller than my disposable round feta molds. The outside dimensions are: 3 7/8" x 3 7/8" square by 2 5/8" high. I would guess the plastic is approximately 1/16" thick. A small basket of strawberries seem bigger than this mold. Not exactly what I was looking for...I will keep looking for a larger square mold to make Italian farm cheese!

Acceptable

These molds are not strong enough if you put any weight at all on them. After ending up with distorted bending molds, we gave up on these and made our own cheese molds out of stronger material.

I have used these molds four times to make goat cheese and they drain the cheese very well and I love the pattern they put on the cheese. Great shape for goat cheese. Once I took the cheese out of the molds, I cut them into four squares and put dried rosemary around the cheese. Very good. I recommend this.

It does the job but the bottom part of the mold is very thin. I'm not sure how long it's going to last. I certainly would not put it in the dishwasher.

I used them to make ricotta cheese and they worked very well. They were a little big for the amount of cheese I had... I used the leftovers from making mozzarella after using one gallon of milk, and it didn't fill one mold completely.

way too small for usefulness

These are great for making 8oz cheeses for retail. Can be washed and sanitized in the top rack of the dishwasher and reused. They are not sturdy enough for pressed cheeses but work great for and soft cheese like feta, halloumi, farmers cheese.
