The description is correct so read it. But not sturdy
They are small, the plastic cracks easily. mine came with some of the end already broke.You must bring them in the winter. No I didn't return them. I will not buy these again.

Was disappointed in the hooks, they are so small I can think of anything to hook them on.
I bought these to add to my privacy/herb plant wall having in mind to hang them. We had to end up screwing them on the wall. I thought they would be a bit bigger, but they will work.
