I’ve tried tons of resistance bands, and so far these are the best ones yet. They held their elasticity for longer than any other brand I’ve tried, but I do need to order a new set.

Appear to be molded rather than layered. Serves the purpose and I like the 20" length but clearly lower quality than say EliteFTS bands.

I use these bands during my back workout. You can step on the bands during deadlifts and then step off them to then do bent over rows after as a killer superset. The resistance gradually hits you, then at about knee height (or slightly past it) you feel all the weight to the point where locking out is difficult on every rep. THEY ARE DELICIOUS.

Love these bands. Was looking for deadlift bands that I didn’t have to sumo stance, or fold over multiple times to cut out slack. These are perfect. I got the 150lbs just to test it out. My normal sets are between 275-315. 4-6 reps. I thought it would be too easy but actually it’s the perfect amount of resistance. Eventually it I’ll get to the 250lbs.

I got 2 red bands and 2 orange bands in the package. I'm not sure how much weight they are since it isn't written on the bands. If you fold them in half then it might be 250lb.

Love these they keep the perfect shape to drape over the bar correctly and the tension is perfect
