The Vitamin Shoppe Oxygen Cleanse, The Oxygenating Digestive System Cleanser with Magnesium and Potassium (180 Veggie Capsules)

Didn't receive the correct item. Received Digest Extra instead. I didn't notice it until after I opened the bottle. Will be sending this back. Very disappointed.

The oxygen cleanse is surprisingly outstanding. The formula is the same as Mag 07. I tried it after using both Mag 07 and the Global Healing Center (GHC) oxygen cleanse because it was on sale at The Vitamin Shoppe. I was hesitant because the Formula is weaker than the Global Healing Center's version, and it was not a major brand like Mag 07. However, I was shocked. It worked better than the GHC brand for some reason. My best guess is that it's more tailored to my body's composition.I use as little as eight to twelve capsules, depending on how quickly I need to flush the body out. I had to eventually use up to twelve with the GHC brand, with initially using just eight to completely flush myself out in just a few hours. On a few occasions the GHC brand became ineffective. The cost of using the GHC brand became too expensive with just 120 capsules a bottle versus 180 capsules with The Vitamin Shoppe brand. Now, I use this brand exclusively, but will use Mag 07 if The Vitamin Shoppe brand is out of shock.Lastly, I have found that Apple Juice or a few tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in water will aid the cleansing process by helping to break down the waste.
