ÇAYKUR Cay Cicegi Turkish Black Tea, Tomurcuk Golden Buds Blend, Naturally Aromatic Loose Leaf, Bright Red Color 500gr / 17.6 Oz (Pack of 3)

I feel comfortable writing a review for this tea, because I just finished one whole bag of it today. It did take just about a whole year for me to consume it, and I am very happy with it and would definitely buy it again. The recommended serving is to use two grams of tea per 8 oz. of water, but I ended just using slightly more than 1/4 teaspoon per cup because I think two grams of tea would be too strong (a caffeine-like induced heart racing, if you will). The aroma of the tea is wonderful, especially right after the leaves is mixed with boiling water, but I found that I needed to put the tea back in the microwave for another 20 seconds of boiling to fully extract the flavor, and the color of the tea is wonderful, too. I understand now why in Turkey Tea Houses they make it strong, then have hot water and dilute it to taste, because the strong tea can pack quite a punch. Maybe I don't drink it all that strong, but I think I easily drink 6-8 mugs of this tea a day now. You will not need much of leaves to make a strong cup. One recommendation I would make if you are contemplating to get this is to have ample air-tight storage containers available. I filled two out of three of the larger air-tight locking storage containers (you know the one, Sugar, Flour, Tea locking containers), and scoop out about 1/4 cup at a time for daily use. There is enough tea for 250 cups of very strong tea, so take steps to keep it fresh, from your first cup to the last. Now that I have finished this Cay Cicegi (Tea Flower), I have opened the next "Rize (Region) Tourist Blend" Link: Caykur Rize Tea 500g I can tell you that my first impression contrasting the two is that the Cay Cicegi is stronger tea, and it does has a hint of flower blossom aroma, where upon opening up the Rize tea bag brings an aroma that reminds me of Japanese Dried Seaweed Nori (before brewing the tea). If you have not had a chance to try this tea, try it if someone offers it to you. I myself am a fan of this tea for life.

For the price this is great. Simple, easy to brew, and strong, this tea has a classic flavor. It’s nothing fancy, but in my opinion better than many comparable teas. I will continue to purchase. All my reviews are based on an unbiased and honest consideration of products results. I have not been given any free products or discounts. Awesome Turkish black tea that is just great to have any time of the day. It is nice with consumed with a dessert of some kind. Make sure to brew it properly on a coffee maker.

top of the line black tea on earth! Turkish tea is unique and best tea out there, flavor, consistency, leaves good mark on your taste buds. it is a big time stress reliever for me!!! 5pm tea time is the must!

This is not a true loose leaf tea. The product I received was a ground up, powdered tea you would find in a cheap tea bag. I've had true Turkish tea many times and this doesn't have the same taste or look as the authentic loose leaf tea. It was a huge disappointment and waste of money. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I am making this tea in the traditional Turkish way in a Turkish tea pot. It is not bitter even when brewed very strong. The bag is huge and should last a long time. An excellent tea.

Having experienced delicious tea while visiting Turkey, I sought tea available on Amazon to replicate that taste experience. This loose tea has not disappointed with its bold, pleasant flavor. Be sure to let it steep, loose, in a pot of boiled water before straining into your drinking cup to enjoy.

ストレートで飲んでるから、食事中も飲んでいます。最近は特にフレーバーを効かせて、ティータイムだけのお茶が多いので困っています。 フレーバーが苦手な人も結構いると思います。そう言う方にはトルコ紅茶をお勧めします。ブラックティーですが、東南アジアの様な甘い癖などなく、さっぱりして苦味も殆どなく、職場の水筒にも入れて行ける程。飲みやすい、と言う事です。取れる場所はリゼ（山岳地帯）なので、 無農薬栽培に近いと聞いています。
