An overview with general information
General information brochure. It gave an overview but not really in depth. It does have a list in the back that was helpful.

I thought this was an actual book with information
It took me at least a year to get up the courage to “open” this “book” and I’ve been on this road a long time. This is an effing pamphlet, with some stupid references to “Sex and the City” very generously inserted about every 3 paragraphs ( and there ain’t too many paragraphs in total). I’m from NYC and I never liked that show because it portrayed life in the city for young girls so unrealistically. Also, I’m not sure when this book report written on a bus was created but how long has SATC been off the air?Amazon/Kindle - this should not be sold as a book. It’s a pamphlet. lt could be the home page to a website that consists of an intro - the author’s POV - which should take about half a page and then links to various helpful places that actually offer sufferers some real help or answers or a place to start. Instead we get some B.S. from a veterinarian who is mildly glib and has a relative in the publishing world.

Very short, would like more detail on resources
Very short and not a great resource, but an enjoyable fantasy that I enjoyed. It is isolating and the couple times I’ve tried to talk with “friends”.. well I wish it went like that
