The problem with these is that the clip to hold them on the shirt broke the 2nd time I used them.On the other hand, they work quite well especially considering the price.

Keep in mind I am writing this knowing that this is a refurbished item. For the price, assuming you get all of the original items that came with the product when it was new, I think it’s a good value. I read other reviews where people said they did not get certain items that should have been with the headset like different size earpieces or the storage pouch. They had said I received is in good condition but you can definitely tell it’s a used item. As far as the sound quality goes, I think it sounds very good but I would prefer a little less treble and a little more bass. Still I would consider the audio very good. If you need to make a phone call or record audio using the microphone, keep in mind there is a lot of background noise that it picks up. It does not have a noise canceling microphone because you can hear every little sound in the background when you’re on a phone call, I mean the other people you’re taking to can hear those things. As far as the comfort goes, so far this is the most comfortable earpiece I’ve used of the style where the earpiece goes inside your ear with the little rubber boots. The headphones stay in my ear very well and I don’t feel like I need to keep pushing on them to keep them from falling out.

Very happy with call quality and uninterrupted connect with my phone.Able play piano app with this means very less sound transfer lag.Looks durable. But this one is not for music lovers. My Jlab go air sounds better than this. Noise isolation in calls is okay kinds, don't compare with $100 wireless buds. It catches by wall clock chirp, so the mic is good but sometimes you don't want outside noise not to go out but it goes. Battery backup is okay, I use it for around 5 hours in a day, 1 full charge a day is enough for me.

I was an idiot and didn't check the instructions. After further research, I realized I wasn't using them correctly. The headphones are nice, they work fine, and they offer a great value! I have been using them for a year now, and I owe Plantronics and apologise :)I can't believe someone gave this product a decent review. I'm sorry, it's simply horrible. I'll keep this short. I opened the box, and noticed the materials and built were great. I wouldn't have expected different from Plantronics. BUUUT I then put the earbuds on, took two steps, and the right earbud fell from my ear. I put it back on, two more steps, earbud down—again. THE VOLUME CONTROL INTERFACE (THAT GRAY "LITTLE" BOX) IS HEAVY, VERY HEAVY. THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU GLUE THE RIGHT EARBUD TO YOUR EAR CANAL, GOOD LUCK WORKING OUT WITH THESE. IF YOU'RE IN THE MARKET FOR EARBUDS FOR MEDITATION, YOU'VE GOT IT! THESE WILL DO!

I bought these to have dedicated headphones for my Peloton so that I wasn't fiddling with unpairing and repairing from my phone all the time. These are objectively very good and then fantastic for the price-- I have been using them about a month for 30 mins a day and I am very pleased. They pair easily although sometimes I need to turn on and then off again because they can be a little out of synch with the instructor. Charge lasts a week's worth of daily rides and the earwings are really comfortable. At this price, this is a great buy.

I actually love these earbuds and have bought about 5 in the past year.The first 3, new pairs I bought from Plantronics - worked perfectly and I'd give them 5 stars.I used them for a while and lost some and gave others as gifts to family / friends - then bought 2 more recently from Amazon Renewed - for a third of the cost.Firstly: as noted in other comments - the clip that holds the wire in place did not come with the earbuds.Then, just a few weeks after I got them, the left ear stopped working on both of them.Also, often, the paring doesn't work well with one of the earbuds - it only pairs for audio - not for call (and I've re-paired it many times.Still... I can get 3 'renewed' pairs for the price of one new one... so it may still be worth it knowing the issues I had with the slight chance that the next order will be a working pair. - Chayim

First pair of wireless ear buds. Sound is excellent, noise cancellation is excellent, battery life is about 7 hours. They seem to recharge fully in less than an hour. AND.. these were refurbished. So, I paid about $30 for my pair since they were refurbished. $30?? I am SHOCKED at how good they are. For what its worth - my son has a pair of wireless ear buds that he paid over $100 and he was impressed. They work well for phone calls also. There are three different sizes of ear inserts for different size ears. Once I got the right sized ear inserts on there they are snug and comfortable until the battery runs out. Love these things and I would buy another pair if these crater. I have had them for 8 months and they are working awesome still.

I wear these earbuds while running in humid KY. No issues with them popping out. Even after my clip broke, the cord doesn't stick to my sweaty neck and cause them to pull out of my ears, which has happened with other more expensive "sport" earbuds. I had my first set for almost 1 year before losing it but had zero issues. Bought this refurbished set for less than half price of new set. Seller, BHHT Deals, was very responsive when my first refurbished set wouldn't pair with my Samsung S9. A replacement refurbished set was mailed to me immediately at no charge and with no condition to first mail out the defective set. Seller delivered quick, top notch service. Current refurbished pair has been used regularly at the gym and running outdoors almost daily for at least one month. No issues/complaints. Highly recommend!

No se podia conectar al bluetooth de mi celular. Se supone que el boton de encendido es el mismo para sincronizar pero no te da esa opcion solo se prendia y apagaba
