The Real Deal
This stone is hard. This stone will sharpen ANY steel you put to it. It's wide and long surface makes sharpening a beautiful breeze. I have a nerdy collection of sharpening stones, but if you only wanted one stone for everything from dull AF to touchups. . .this would be IT.

Absolutly amaizing
Suehiro realy out did themself on that one. Its a true s&g stone it dosent need soaking at all but it feels just like a soft soaking stone, smooth and silk (just ilke the cerax 1k but better). It is very hard but feels soft, it is fast cutting and very responsive you can feel every thing you do on it. So if you are like me and you want a hard splash and go stone that will act and feel like a soft soaking stone then this is the stone for you

Eats steel quickly .
As fast as a Shapton kuromaku/pro 1000 with feedback and tactile feel similar to the cerax 1000 . The edge produced is much more refined than 1000 grit advertised . A couple splashes of water and the stone is ready for usage . It loads up a bit but cutting performance wasn’t degraded drastically. In my opinion, this stone deserves to be mentioned more with regards to other splash and go stones on the market such as the Shapton glass , Shapton kuromaku/pro , and the Naniwa chosera/professional stones .

Look out Chosera, there's a new sheriff in town
Splash and go is great. Less messy. There is a really smooth feel to this stone, like it would be a much finer grit, but it is clear from the residue that it is taking steel very efficiently. Also once done, easy slicing through a sheet of paper, which is as sharp as I need for general kitchen work. This stone has considerably more surface area and is a good bit wider than the Naniwa Chosera stones. It has a slim rubber holder that I also like and comes with a separate leveling stone. Overall, very pleased.

Size Matters
Bigger stones are better stones in my opinion.

Giving Shapton and Chosera some competition .
Excellent stone , cuts faster than my Shapton Glass 1000 but wears just as slow .This stone is a true splash and go and soaks less water than my Chosera 1000 but more than a Shapton 1000.Overall has great feedback even though it’s a really hard feeling stone would say harder than my Chosera and slower wearing while also being much bigger and having a very large surface area .I have sharpened three knives so far on this stone and it is now my favorite 1000 grit stone .
