''Los Angeles-based artist Elohim is in possession of a glac voice'' - The FADER ''LA's brightest new hitmaker'' - NME ''a big, catchy song'' - Stereogum ''this girl's clearly in control'' - Noisey (Vice) ''luscious electro-pop production'' - Pigeons and Planes ''we are thoroughly addicted to her sugar-sweet tones, real life lyrics and upbeat pop-fuelled electronic beats'' - Wonderland Magazine ''Los Angeles is home to a great many pop entities, but few are as instantly incendiary (as Elohim)'' - The Line of Best Fit #1 on NYLON's 'Must See Acts' at CMJ 2015 - NYLON ''a colorful synth melody that receives an extra boost of energy on the anthemic hook'' - Complex Los Angeles artist Elohim has released her self-titled debut EP, out now via B3SCI Records. The EP is released on limited edition CD and gatefold 12'' vinyl. The A-Side / B-Side EP is an engrossing visual experience showcasing Elohim's unique audio/visual artistry. Each side comes alongside a stunning video taking viewers on a journey into the visual inspiration behind the EP and immersing them in everything that is Elohim. EP lead single ''Sensations'' premiered with Complex last month to widespread acclaim and notched another Spotify 'New Music Friday' playlist add for Elohim. A hard-hitting ode to sex, love, and vulnerability, ''Sensations'' finds Elohim at her strongest yet finding a synth-driven sweet spot paving a path all her own in forward-thinking pop. Stereogum exclusively debuted the full EP yesterday, giving fans a taste of the EP's interludes and unreleased EP track ''Guts,'' which debuted this week by Zane Lowe on Beats 1. Since her live debut last year, Elohim has played CMJ 2015, co-headlined an LA residency alongside The Big Pink, and has supported acts such as Baio (Vampire Weekend), Jai Wolf, and Gryffin on select U.S. west coast dates. Last year, Elohim played London's 'New Shapes' tastemaker show, who called it ''One of the best UK debuts we've ever seen.'' Elohim will take her intense, extra-sensory live show to new audiences summer 2016. A classically-trained pianist and skilled songwriter, Elohim first turned heads last year with the one-two punch success of debut singles ''She Talks Too Much'' and ''Xanax,'' which together saw a release as a AA-side 12'' via B3SCI Records (available now HERE). ''She Talks Too Much'' has seen 1MM+ Spotify streams and Sirius XM Alt Nation support while ''Xanax'' has received frequent spins by Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio and was coupled with a stirring official video, out now HERE. Elohim followed with a 2nd AA-side single via B3SCI this January featuring the exuberant ''Bridge and the Wall'' and elegantly emotive ''Pigments.'' Elohim has also collaborated with rap phenom and former Odd Future member Casey Veggies on track ''All That Gold'' of which she has remixed herself and which has seen support from the prestigious BBC Radio.
