This is honestly one of the best books I have ever read on magick; and will go as far to say this should be a mandatory read.It goes in depth on how magick works and what the hell intent, will and all that mean. It actually explains all the major and minor details on how to get your spells and all to work.Hell, I would honestly say to order this book before you get any spell book that is exclusivly spells and rituals. It will honestly save you alot of screaming and yelling on why your castings do and wont work.

What an amazing clear breakdown of casting a spell. It's other great strength is the easy invitation into the world of Magick without concern. It's my new giveaway when people repeatedly ask if I can cast a spell for them. Empowerment -teach them to fish!Christopher has an extraordinary breadth of knowledge and writes with the clarity of a great text book.

I got this book by chance based on a recommendation from Amazon Kindle. I started it and couldn't put it down. I read a lot of books on magick and it's not often I find one this interesting. I learned a lot from this book and recommend it for all witches and occultists.

Great book! The author goes into great detail regarding the origin and practice of invocation/ evocation. He also gives a good number of tips on day to day things to enhance your practice. I highly recommend this one..!

Christopher Penczak has done it again with this new book on Casting Spells as active communication vs Meditation (which he'll cover in another volume in this new series) as active listening, both as parts of communication to Higher Power.

Anyone just starting out should have this book as part of their library. It covers all different ways to spell cast giving the person a choice that resonates with them.
