Hahahaha. Ok in theory this works like a charm. Have tried both vacuuming AND blowing out my gutters. Blowing method was much more effective than suctioning it out BUT.. BUT.... what goes up MUST COME DOWN. Picture a fountain of goop and leaves and mud and mold blowing up from the gutter and then pouring immediately down on your head like rain. There is no escape. I was COVERED in gutter gunk. Ok I was a hot mess and pressed on. Gutters cleared out like magic. MUST USE GOGGLES. Maybe a hazmat suit. Also the tubing fell off from the pressure 2-3 times onto the roof (it just happens without a locking mechanism) so I had to drag out a small ladder to capture my lost pieces. Overall still SO HAPPY with this purchase. Being a 50 year old single lady I just appreciate not needing to climb a ladder. Now I can clean my gutters on any given Tuesday all by myself and without a spotter. Quality is great as is the concept of this tool. Highly recommend but be sure to add safety goggles and a good shampoo to your cart. 😳😂

My wife and I just moved from the suburbs to the city. There are several mature trees on the lot and my gutters appear to have some sort of leaf magnet technology included. First thing I bought was a ladder and a gutter cleaning scoop. After cleaning the gutters for the first time, I immediately began looking for a tool that allow me to clear the gutters without having to mess with the ladder. Initially thought I'd install gutter protectors, but its getting late in the season and the gutters were already full. I already had a wet/dry vac, so I picked up this kit. Pros: Works great on dry, freshly fallen leaves. Didn't have to use the ladder - I don't have anything higher than 1.5 stories. 2 stories would have required the use of a step ladder (still better than lugging the extension around). Cons: Not as effective on wet, decomposed and compacted material. It does still work, but it's going to be messy and it's a bit hard to know that you've gotten everything clear without a spotter from above. Not Pros or Cons, but just an FYI: Force these things together tight or the pressure from the vac can easily cause it to come apart mid-use. If the end nozzle falls off in the gutter, you may need that frickin ladder again to fish it out. Gets a bit squirrely if you max the length out.

Skipped gutter cleaning for a couple years and mine were packed. Using the cleaning kit and two other extension (the house is a bit tall with a 3 foot crawlspace and fairly high ceilings), I could easily clean the gutters. As others have pointed out, duct taping each section together is useful. The top part (the elbow) may want to come off and end up on the roof without the tape. After all, the vac action and scraping the tool along the gutter vibrates the extensions enough that they may work loose. Taping each section together keeps them stable and connected to the vac hose. The cone shaped extension came in handy for a detached garage that uses narrower 4" gutters. I have a tall redwood next door and end up with quite a bit of small branches and seed cones that tend to jam, so I do have to clear the tubes every 10-15 feet of gutter cleaning. That does require taking the extension joints off the hose and clearing them (though not all the way down... taking the 4 extensions off the hose and removing the bend is good enough. A shake or ramming a long garden tool handle works fine). Tedious, but simple and not too time consuming.

I planned to spend a few hours on a ladder today cleaning my gutters whole hating every minute of it... NOPE! I saw these and figured for 30 bucks why not. Best Decision Ever!! I just cleaned out my thickly packed whirly bird, muck, leaf filled gutters in about 30 minutes!!! Still smells, yes, still have to empty the wet dry vac, yes.... but no ladder and mess free!! Super easy and fast! Just make sure the pieces are seated firmly. If you get a big plug that doesnt want to inhale simply rub it on the roof and BOOP! all gone! Works Great.. normally I wouldnt be as excited about a 30$ item but now I have my entire morning free!

Works great with my Craftsman shop vac. I have used both the suction and blowing features to clear out the gutters. I used masking tape at each joint to ensure the sections didn’t separate. Worth the money.

I live in a fairly large single story home on a heavily wooded lot. Hence, my gutters fill with leaves and debris each year. I've decided I'm too old to get up on the roof to blow out my gutters, so I ordered this item so I could clean them from the ground. It's designed to work with a shop vac, but that's impracticable in my situation - no sidewalks, uneven ground, etc. To get this to work with my 35+ year old leaf blower, I first had to modify one of the extension tubes to fit the larger diameter of the leaf blower. Next, I had to use 3/4 inch pvc tubing and duck tape to reinforce the connecting joints. Finally, I had to use more duck tape to hold each joint in place. The result is a serviceable, albeit heavy and awkward, device that lets me clean my gutters from the ground. It's a lot more work, but much safer than climbing on the roof.

No more hauling around ladders, water hoses and blowers …. Wish I found this earlier. Such an easy way to actually clean out your gutters. I’ve bought a hose adapter to try and accomplish the same thing but just didn’t work as well as I’d hope it would. The shop vac adapter is amazing - it sucks /picks up anything in my gutters . If there a lot of debris/leaves and such , the nozzles but clog up but I simply take it down and help the suction so that leaves can get eliminated. This will change your life if you have gutters, especially if there are trees around your house. Must Buy - Highly recommended

Il prodotto è valido, unica cosa è il diametro troppo grande rispetto la credo maggior parte dei bidoni aspiratutto. Il diametro infatti è di 54mm nella parte + stretta contro i 33mm di un normale tubo di un bidone aspiratutto (nello specifico l'Einhell che utilizzo io). L'ho dovuto restituire a malincuore. Inoltre aumentando il diametro, anche se ho applicato un adattatore per adattarlo al mio aspiratore, si perde potenza aspirante quindi diventa inutile.

Locker im Karton Versendet kamen diese Staubsaugerverlängerungen bei mir zu Hause an. Sehr robust und gut gearbeitet passen die Teile gut ineinander. Die Krümmung scheint ideal um die Dachrinne auszusaugen. Ich hatte vor dies mit dem Kärcher WD3 zu kombinieren. Leider ist das Rohr bedeutend dicker als gedacht. Daher habe ich das Produkt zurück gesendet. Wenn es gepasst hätte, hätte ich es aber trotz Preis sicher behalten. Schade. Viel Spaß mit dem sehr guten Produkt. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Liebe Grüße

Needed this gutter cleaning kit for a while and managed to get an open box one via Amazon Warehouse deals. The kit inside the box was in perfect condition. I wanted to be able to clean the guttering without using a ladder, since I fell off one a couple of years back and broke an arm. I bought this as it looks totally identical to the one sold for Ridgid shop vac's and I have one, so figured I'd take a chance on this. Fits perfectly on my Ridgid hoses and other attachments as I thought. I've used it to do the ground floor guttering around my house already, and it works well - my guttering is about 12-13' up, and I'm about 6' tall - I was able to clean and reach easily using 3 straight hoses (I got 2 with the shopvac) and the elbow. Weight wise it did make my arms ache a bit after a while, I don't think my wife would be able to use this for long at all. Being 2.5" diameter the suction was good, and i didn't suffer any blockages despite there being a few years of wet gunky leaves and stuff in the guttering. I was pleasantly surprised at the suction despite the length of the hose I was using, this and my shopvac have cleaned the gutters better than I could have done by hand on a ladder! Overall very happy to recommend this hose kit, it's good quality, fits together well and does the job well. Easy to clean with the hosepipe afterwards as well.

The product appears to be able to do the job, I have not used it yet but has to return the package for a replacement, one of the component the male to male adaptor is not in the box, I will refresh this review when the replacement turns up and used,
