Q: Will it still foam if I transfer it to my decorative dispenser with a standard pump?

No, it is not the soap that foams but the pump that causes it to foam! The soap will later without it, but for it to come out as foam it needs the pump.

Q: How do you get the pump to work? I tried twisting and turning both directions and it won’t release

I just continue to play with these types pumps and eventually I can get it to work. Twist one way then another etc

Q: Can you buy a refill?

Dear customer, Refill bottle are discontinued for now . We do not know when it will be available.

Q: Is this antibacterial? I just saw a review that said it kills germs and bacteria but it says nothing about it being antibacterial in the description.

It does state on the bottle that it kills germs, which any real soap would do. It does not claim to be antibacterial, as some of their other soaps do. Therefore, I would say that it is not.
