This is a super book for grandchildren to read with Grandmothers. Our Granddaughter really enjoyed this book & originally read at Grandparents Day at her school. The book describes many activities in which the grandchild can play with the grandmother to keep her entertained such as coloring, hide & seek, playing school & cards. It is a delightful book.Looe

My 3 yo granddaughter had her first sleepover with grandma without mom & dad coming back same evening. We read “How to Babysit a Grandma” as soon as i arrived and she completely took it to heart. She did an excellent job taking care of grandma all weekend....with none of the usual separation anxiety that typically occurred with her. Book was very helpful!

Read by my granddaughter over and over. She found it amusing as well as myself. Cute!

Just so so. This could have been an interesting reversal but instead, between the illustrations and some of the prose, it was just so so.

My grandchildren love this book. Great pictures and fun ideas which we already do and more we haven’t tried yet. We will. I’d recommend to all kids and grandparents.

Loved the story, and the illustrations. Makes the child believe he or she is in charge of this grandma who needs company overnight. And they do so many wonderful things together!

I bought this book along with How to Babysit a Grandpa and am thrilled with both books! The narrative is different from How to Babysit a Grandpa but is equally entertaining. This book illustrates the distinct role of a grandmother without minimizing the one a grandfather plays in a grandchild's life. So glad that it does not include Grandpa because many children may not be lucky to have both grandparents still living or nearby to make and share memories with. Thoroughly enjoyable....may purchase a hard copy to write a note to my grandchildren that can be passed on to their children!
