These seem very nice and good quality. The drill seed switch was very sticky but the drill and impact seemed nice. First use of drill and the chuck wouldn't tighten on bit very well. The chuck clutch turned out to be no good from new. Junk right out of the box. Should have never passed Quality Control or they have no quality control. Very disappointed. Waiting to hear from Craftsman. Amazon accepted my return for credit after I accepted a 7.99 label fee. I'm disappointment and unhappy. I can't believe Craftsman sold this unit the way it is. Very good products for the money. The drill driver has an excellent variable speed trigger. Unfortunately the drill does not function because it has a defective clutch

I've had a tough Ridgid combo set for the last 13 years that has held up to anything I could throw at it. I needed a lighter weight drill set for use around home. I've had it for a year now and very happy with how it works. I was a contractor for MANY years, so this is speaking from 40+ years' experience. I got several other tools and extra 4.0 batteries. Happy with all.

This is really a dewalt set with craftsman badging. I got this 40 dollars less than the same dewalt combo. Bonus!!!! I recommend.

This set is exactly what I needed for little projects around the house. I am by no means a professional who really needs top notch power tools. I just need to fix things around the house, put together toys, or hang things on a wall. Perfect. I'm sure if I ever have a big project that needs to be done these will be able to handle it.The batteries seem to last forever. I've gone months without needing to use them and when I do the battery still lasts a long time.

Lots of torque, nice features. I especially like the charger and the way the batteries load. Big improvement over my Hitachi, but it's lasted 8 years so old tech I guess. The Craftsman seem very well made, we will see if they last 8 years as well. EDIT 6/11/21 After having this drill for a few months am still pleased with the features but have had a couple issues. Battery life is a bit unpredictable, sometimes it seems good and other times it seems very short. Also the chuck is crap, drill bits slip in the chuck if you get into the smallest amount of resistance while drilling. Can't seem to tighten by hand enough to prevent this, my previous Hatachi was much better. I am now looking for a keyed chuck to replace this worthless hand tighten chuck.

I have older 19.2 volt Craftsman tools and wanted to slowly swap them out for new stuff. After looking at Milwaukee and DeWalt I decided that for my needs I simply could not justify the price of those brands. I thought I'd take a chance on the new Craftsman brushless models and so far I am quite impressed. They are both very smooth in operation and relatively quiet. The keyless chuck on the drill is superb. One big omission is a place to store bits on either tool. I found that odd. Have not used them on any big projects so I cannot comment on battery life. They do feel as though they are well built.

I use these quite a bit at work and there isn't much I can't do. The drill is easy to throttle the trigger if you have to drive through metal. The impact driver has plenty of power to remove almost any bolt I've tried to take off when using it to remove body panels. Definitely would buy again if I had to.

this tools rock!Craftsman does not disappoint, this brushless tools, are replacing a 15 year old set, when my drill/driver bought the farm.this things are powerful... FYI the impact driver is too powerful,,,careful with nuts, bolts, and screws!!

These feel really nice in the hand and work great. One note, make sure you check the price as it went from $250 to $190 ten days after purchase. Amazon would not refund me. Lowe's has it cheaper.

Los compré en promoción y son de lo mejor en cuanto calidad precio. La luz led se queda encendida un momento y no prende y apaga cada vez que presionas el gatillo, lo cual es mucho más cómodo. Son muy resistentes, trabajan bien, la batería se carga rápido y me han durado más de un día de trabajo cada carga. Hay que notar que el taladro no tiene función rotomartillo, por si lo necesitas, entonces hay que buscar otro modelo.

Están exelentes, falla un poquito el cargador, hay que acomodarlo de cierto modo. Pero exelente torque, livianos, durabilidad de la batería. Muy buena opción, los uso en mi taller y dan el ancho, a mi ya me desquitaron lo que gasté.

Son una maravilla para el hogar y diría que quedan sobrados para ello! Si los encuentran en oferta no la piensen, son muy buenos, la duración de la batería es muy buena y cargan rápido, tienen buena potencia.Lo único que le falta para que fueran 5 estrellas, es que el taladro no tiene opción de rotomartillo.Los uso con unas brocas para concreto Milwaukee y atraviesan los muros como si nada.
