I’m not an arborist. I am an ironworker. Top notch trade gear is not always essential for occasional or DIY use. However when it comes to your flip line and harness you’d be a fool not to consider this one. Pros say they get one year out this flip line. I used it once, saved me several thousands of dollars and returned me safely to the ground. It was a pleasure to use and made me confident I could complete the project. I recommend it.

Awsome durable product, easy to adjust with tension on it. Make sure you get at least the 12 ft lanyard if your climbing trees 3 to 4 foot in diameter, longer for bigger diameter trees.

I looked at this flipline 3 times and finally read all reviews before purchase. When I received item, it said "Made In U.S.A. on the package. I never saw this in the description. Maybe I missed it. I wish all American companies would make this more visible on packaging and advertising. Many of us try to buy American when possible. Top quality piece of equipment.

I’ve only used it once but it functioned exactly as expected. The mental aspects of a steel core really help with confidence. I’m may add a swivel to make movements easier. Maybe.As always , make sure you know what you’re doing. 😎
