Q: I need a product for stamped concrete around a salt water pool Is this product salt water resistant?

Yes it can be used for that purpose. I sealed my stamped concrete driveway with it n we like on a salt water( brackish) lake

Q: Is it necessary to clean the concrete? Does it need two coats ? If so how long between each coat before the second is applied?

Yes-- you should clean with soap & water (I used dishwashing soap) & rinse well afterwards. I allowed it to dry for 24 hours & then applied the sealer by spraying it on the concrete & then rolling it to ensure even coverage. There was no second coat needed

Q: Can this item be sprayed on and also is it bubble proof

We tried spraying in a little spot. It seemed to bubble. We rolled it on very easily, and no bubbles! It looks great. We even added grit to it, and it still looks smooth and great, but is now, non slip even during the winter. It also brought back the color, as it was looking faded before we sealed it.

Q: Can this go on after acid staining?

Yes I believe so. My driveway is stained n I pressure washed it before applying the sealer n it looked like new!
