Split Cakes Collection - Set of 4 + Glitter & Sponge (Winter Collection)

I'm a professional face painter (and pro penny-pincher!). This is my 2nd Fazmataz product and I'm thoroughly pleased! You should know that these are mini-one-stroke cakes. 2" x 1" each, BUT they are 30g each! Great colors, though--perfect for my kit that I'm trying to keep compact! Nice quality sponge and beautiful, holographic, light blue, loose glitter. I got the "Summer Collection". I'll describe, using my own color names (not the official colors, as I don't know what they are!). Includes "American Blend" (true red, white and blue), Autumn Sky Blend (lt orange, dk orange, burgundy, sky blue), and 2 "custom blending cakes". One neon rainbow, and one dk blue, lt blue, white, magenta. I have heard that Fazmataz is made in the same factory as one of the big-name brands (I forget which) and is essentially the same. I am not a professional face painter by any means but have managed to be roped into painting faces for enough school & church functions that I've learned to provide my own paints rather than be at the mercy of whoever is organizing the festival of the moment. If you've ever been handed a set of Halloween Dollar store face paints & been expected to create something amazing you'll understand what I'm talking about.These Fazmataz split cakes are so much fun to work with and make your painting go so much quicker. Which is important when you have 20 very impatient kids lined up waiting for their turn. The only complaint I have is that now I want them in every color! :-)

I like the Fazmataz face paints; bright colors and go on nicely. Professional grade.I got the Collection with 4 cakes + glitter.The favorite cake was a "Custom" palette Pink/White/Lt. Blue/Md Blue - I used it for princess crowns and every kid wanted that color set. I wish it was still sold and I could get another cake of it!!! But all the cakes have useful/versatile palettes.The glitter stays nicely - I applied it with a fan brush.The set was a good deal.

When I first got these in the mail, I thought Oh these are too tiny. Boy was I wrong! These are PERFECT for face painting. Just a little water and a little goes a long way. I am going to buy the other collection soon. These are perfect for any face painter/body painter.

Perfect width for even distribution on your larger brushes. Goes on very smooth and the colors are thick and vibrant. Much better than other face painting products I've tried so far.

This kit is perfect for the face painter just starting out. I love it!! Great price considering most split cakes are between 10-17$. The glitter is a lot more than I was expecting too! Great item!

I love split cakes but I prefer the larger cakes, but these work too.

You can take 10 minutes to paint that rainbow on a squirmy kid, or you can buy these things. Well worth the expense!
