2-in-1 Cookie Scoop & Spatula

I ordered this to scrape batter off my mixer blades, but it is even better as a sturdy spatula. Highly recommend.

I think this is a genius spatula. The notch in the spatula is perfect for scraping beaters. So brilliant!

This spatula and scraper did the trick. And while we probably could have made due with something already in the kitchen, this handy gadget is novel enough and got my baking loving daughter more excited about the cleaning up process! She got almost all of the batter off the beater blade and there was just a bit left on the spatula for her to have a taste. The photo doesn’t really demonstrate the full clean up, I should have checked it before finishing the clean up, but you can see how it fits over the blade.It worked great for mixing and scraping Out the bowl in addition to the mixing paddle. The only thing I wish they had done differently is make the handle round. It would have been more ambidextrous and comfortable to hold in either hand. But that doesn’t make it work any less.

The spatula part is great! It's great quality, sturdy and a great size. The cookie scoop party isn't so great. The scoop is hard to push out and doesn't look like it's going to stay intact for very long. There was still a glue line around where it connected. You have to spray it so the dough doesn't stick which makes the dough slimy and if you don't spray enough, you have a horrible mess. I won't use it again for the cookie scoop part, but it's a good spatula.

My husband was looking for something he could stir and toss with that didn't scrape up our nonstick pans. These are perfect! And they also resolve issue of getting every last drop out of the pots!
