It is not so easy to find something that REALLY works to keep mosquitoes away outdoors. I have tried "almost everything," so I was unexpectedly happy to find these citronella candles because they are pretty, the scent is subtle, and they are slow burning. You wouldn't think their small shape would do all that, but they are better than anything I have had to keep the mosquitoes away. I use them for 3 hours at a time, and I have used one for four days so far and still have plenty of candle left. Bravo for such a "classy, sassy" product.

Received these for my backyard and was presently surprised of how good these candles smelled without even opening them. They are small so it was perfect to sit on my little backyard tables (each one got their own candle) and I was able to sit 3 on the big table (one in the middle and one towards each end). They kept the bugs away and gave a nice scent all around. Will definitely be purchasing a few more of these for my future backyard festivities.

These are nice good wrapped small citronella candles I use on the back porch to ward off mosquitoes. They are decorative and come very nicely packaged in a box that’s easy to store.

We have used these candles for the last three evenings. While I love the mild scent of citrus, I love even more that I have not had one mosquito bite while sitting with two candles. As for longevity, in 9 hours of burning, about 1/3 of the 2 inch candle is gone. I will probably get 20 hour of burn time per candle.

The word 'large' was in the description so when it arrived I feel like i had been dooped. The scent was good,but I wouldn't say it repelled any mosquitos.

These candles are long lasting and look lovely in our outdoor lanterns! They are individually sealed which will keep them dust free when stored in my garage during the winter. Worth the money! I’m sick of wasting money on citronella candles, only for the wicks to disappear when half the candle is still left. These wicks last till the end of candle. Will be purchasing more soon!

I like that these small candles can easily be spread out near guests (who are trying to social distance)! They lasted throughout the entire evening, too. So don't let the small size deter you! I also liked that they were small enough to fit inside some of my decorative candle holders...so even though they were citronella, they looked amazing while they succeeding in keeping the bugs away!

It may have krpt the mosquitoes away but if definitely didn’t work for flies.. I used them on the food table as well as the tables my guest sat at
