Mine switched to Chinese and I can't get it back to English. Anyone know how?

For below two hundred dollars, this system gave me everything I was looking for: PoE, 1080, at least 2MP, 8 channel. The camera irs are surprisingly bright for just having 6 of them, but they are larger than most ir LEDs I've seen. The DVR software is typical generic DVR fare. The android app worked right away and I was able to tweak the positions using it. The cameras are attractive but very conspicuous. The image quality is good and I plan on filling out the rest of the channels with the same Zclever cameras in the near future. I had a 1TB drive just lying around but will put in a 4TB as soon as I can justify it to the wife. Hopefully the hardware lasts a while , but so far I'd say it's a great purchase.

I purchased this camera system after some bicycles were stolen off my car port. Initially the system worked great. After about a year, it started randomly restarting and resetting the clock. After a few more weeks it was restarting every few hours and was useless. Tech support was non-existent. The only way to view the camera system away from home was using an iPhone/iPad app. They finally built an app for Windows and Mac which works about as well as the camera system does. That was sarcasm the app is horrible. Do yourself a favor and buy an Amcrest system or use the Synology Surveillance system, there much better and have great tech support.

I installed this system around my home about a year ago and everything works great. The night vision is better than some of my other friends cameras that I have seen as well. The only reason I have not given this product five stars is because the options and settings take a while to learn to use not having an IT background. Tech support is responsive and helpful through email but they are not accessible by phone which is a slight drawback.

easy to set upcameras have a good resolution, detail is pretty clear.night time response is good although smaller details such as text beyond 10m is blurry. hard to see a license plate at the end of a driveway.came into this with the knowledge of port forwarding. the average layperson might need to hire a home networking professional.have to enable third party apps to install the mobile client

This is great system. I'm still in the middle of install but the 2 cameras I have plugged in work great. Motion detection, night vision and recording all work flawlessly. I also had to contact zclever because I wanted to add an additional camera but it was out of stock. Not only did they reply right away but they even alerted me when the camera became available. I have no doubt that if, there's ever an issue with the system, they'll make it right

This system works very well. I purchased without a hard drive but added one very easily. The cameras are of a high quality that gives a clear, crisp view. The night vision is better than all other brands that I have tried in this price range. NVR recorder is light weight and basic but does the job with well thought-out software. No regrets buying this set up.

The camera's live video was showing real time with no lags, and great quality as expected. I purchased an HDD with 1 TB off the list and the install was easy and compatable. I just mounted the first two cameras and the install was easy. I'll definitely be using the motion sensing functionality to utilize HDD space. Tested the motion sensing and it caught me every time I walked past the camera. Overall very pleased with the system!
