MASTERCANOPY 8 x 5 Grill Gazebo Outdoor BBQ Gazebo Canopy with 2 LED Lights (Khaki)

Although it took several weeks to arrive, I really like this gazebo. Excellent quality and assembly direction were good. I really like that the corners where the fabric cover attaches, are adjustable so you can get a nice tight fit! Great price, too.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. Once we finished our patio he was able to put it up. He loved it, and the quality was great. The lights were a great part, that I didn’t even know it had. It’s snowed, rained and even been below 32 degrees here, and it held up well. We had some sever winds more than once, and it never one blew away.

This looks good and was easy to put together. Its a little wobbly and could use a support bar across the back. Overall, I really like it.

I really like this canopy. It's replacing a similarly styled canopy that I've had for the last eight years. Compared to that old canopy, this one is better in virtually every way:* It's a foot wider (8'x5' vs 8'x4')* Easier to assemble* Sturdier* Came with cool extras like lights, tool hooks and bottle opener.* Has end caps that adjust a few inches to accommodate different replacement canopy sizes or just to accommodate the existing canopy if/when it stretches over time.My last canopy exhibited the "water pool sag" problem--when water pools in the canopy and permanently stretches it which invites more pooling until the canopy is garbage. It's possible that the extendable end caps would help mitigate this problem by stretching the canopy out when it gets sagged. I didn't want to take the chance though so I build a mini sub-roof out of a bendable vinyl/platic material (see picture). I'm hopeful this will help me get even more years of use out of this canopy as I did from the last one.

Awesome value for the price! $120 purchase price for me. Fairly simple to install. I was able to complete the entire thing solo in about an hour. Just needed help to place it in the final spot. Instructions I felt were a bit lacking but I was able to figure it out.Like other reviews the top was pretty tight to put on. But if you press in the button on the arms and allow them to go in farther than they are supposed to, you can easily put on the top, then pull the arms back into position. You'll know what I mean once you get to this step.Stability is so-so. It's pretty light weight so if this is a more permanent install, get weight anchors that you can fill with sand. There are plenty on Amazon and usually available at your hardware store. It's sturdy enough I wouldn't worry about after being weighted down.The light it comes with is pretty pointless. I'll use it more in the garage than for actual light whole cooking at night. I'll be picking up a set of solar string lightsI would recommend this to friends looking to spend minimal money for some shade while cooking. Seeing that more permanent solutions run near and over $1,000 I'll buy this instead.

This product was a little difficult and time consuming to put together. It looked nice and did a pretty good job for a while. However, after less than 4 years the canopy has ripped in several places. Additionally, there is no where to order the canopy replacement, not even on the Mastercanopy website. There is no model number stated for this item. Though I ordered a Mastercanopy canopy replacement that I found here, it does not fit. The opening in the top part of the canopy is significantly smaller in the replacement canopy. I would have given this 3 to 4 stars had I been able to replace the canopy, but the unavailability of such an indispensable part and the fact that it wore out in 3.5 years warrant my 1 star review.

We love this gazebo! We have purchased two of these for two homes and are equally happy with each purchase. They are durable and easy to install.

The media could not be loaded. This looks nice and it’s big enough for a grill. It’s on the flimsy side, but sturdy enough for a longer term temporary grill shelter. Overall, I still would’ve been happy at this point for the price. However, we are not even through our first summer using it and are already having issues with the canvas cover. Whenever it rains, the water doesn’t run off one side for some reason. Instead the water collects on the top, and then weighs down the cover, creating a well in the canvas inside the frame instead of running off the edge like it’s supposed to. We’re constantly having to tip the cover to drain the water off the top. This is not realistic since we cant always get to it in time. We now have a permanent well in the cover from where it’s constantly being weighed down and stretched due to the weight of the water. The canvas is permanently stretched, perpetuating a cycle by filling up with water from here on out. That cover is ruined since we will always have this problem now. Without a cover, the whole thing is useless. It didn’t even make it one summer.Update: The company reached out on their own after my review, I guess. They offered to send me a new cover which they did. I think their customer service was excellent. I haven’t used the new cover yet. It’s at the end of season so I just rode out the bowing one and constantly tipped the water off. I’ve taken the old one down for the winter and threw it out. I would do this anyways to preserve it longer. I’ll start the new cover next year. I also updated my review stars to reflect their great customer service, the fact I got a new cover, and hoping it was just a glitch in my old cover.
