Worth the Extra Money !
Opted to by this stainless steel unit over slightly less priced wooden units. Use it for small to medium batch cabbage processing. Works like a charm ! Slicing up a single head takes about 30 seconds. Blades are very sharp and much thicker than the those on the imported wooden models that we've used. Stainless and nylon construction resist the warping that plague the wooden models while making clean up a breeze (and more sanitary, too !).

Nice cutter
Very easy to use and can slice up a head in seconds. I like the stainless steel design, makes for easy cleanup. The blades are razor sharp. The quality of construction looks like it will last a lifetime.
