My wife and I are fairly picky when it comes to quality and functionality. I can’t say enough great things about this filtered water faucet that we installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. It perfectly complemented our main faucet we also recently installed. The filtered water faucet has silky-smooth action for on/off, and the long reach was perfect for being able to easily fill up pots or large water bottles in our farm sink. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one deserved a write-up to pass along the high marks. Also, installation was fairly easy, even with no instructions. It was fairly intuitive, with enough parts on the top side to make it look nice. I did have to add a large metal washer on the underside to ensure a good secure fit. For the price, I doubt you can find another one better.

This faucet looks so much nicer than the one that came with my reverse osmosis system. As so many others have commented, I love the fact that I can open the valve and let go. My old faucet had a level that was spring loaded and had to be held continuously. I did find the faucet wrench to be useful as well. It made removing my old faucet and installing the new one much easier. I've only had it a very short time, but it appears to be well made. It is a couple of inches taller than the one I replaced which could be beneficial if I was to put a large stock pot under it. Bottom line, I'm happy and my wife's happy. I should have replaced my old faucet with one of these a long time ago.

Called my water company for a recommendation for a new RO faucet si ce we are upgrading our kitchen with new hardware. This is it! I got the bronze and it's beautiful. Whatsmore, it matches my new faucet perfectly. Very high-end looking for the price and well made. So far no leaks!

Plumber installed faucet today. Yes on a Sunday. The faucet appears well made and the installation tool was helpful to the plumber. The accessory package, however, was missing one of the rubber washers; but we went ahead with the installation anyway. The plumber got the faucet tight, but the absence of the second rubber washer means the faucet will likely be more susceptible to moving. Thus, the four star rating. The faucet produces a strong stream, but at an angle rather than straight down like the faucet it replaced.

I have been using this item for over a year now, no leaks and it works well. If I had any negatives would be it could have done with some other metal flange bases for larger holes at the sink deck.

I purchased this in July of this year, 6 months later and it's leaking all over the counter. The product feels well built with a heavy casting, looks great, but the spout tube is inserted into and seals in a plastic sleeve. The plastic sleeve cracked and there is no way to repair. I haven't found any parts available. It's a design flaw. I wouldn't recommend this line of products, even if the company warranties the product, installation can be time consuming and/or expensive.

Love it! Seller provided great instructions and ideal tool to assist with installation. Noticed much improved water flow compared to the one we had before, and it looks great. Would buy again.
