This jar of fire roasted eggplant is the best we've tried. Delicious and full flavored with an excellent texture. I also like that it is 16 oz rather than 8. However, it is expensive, no question. I will definitely buy this again, but only as a special treat.

Great eggplant flavor and easy to use. A little smoky which is better for some uses than others. Nice texture.

This eggplant was shipped with a beautiful shipping protection....BUT this was obviously damaged and open BEFORE it was wrapped. The lid had a huge dent in it and it was obviously opened, but they wrapped it and sent it anyway knowing there are no returns on this product.....very disappointing. Buyer beware..... this was pretty expensive for what you get, but it is not worth getting sick over by eating an opened product not knowing how long the seal has been broken..... what a waste of money.

finally a taste from my part of the world in USA. if you like eggplants and looking for a different taste go for it. if you really want to have the taste from back home go for it. very good staff

Taste is good. Disappointed that it became moldy inside the refrigerator. Had to throw out half a jar.
