This camera rig is really nice high quality very sturdy looks great unless you I have is that the handle is too short but you can add another handle onto the bottom if you need to the only thing I don't like about most DJI pocket holders or rigs is that sometimes you may want a holder but do not want to connect it to your phone so then there's nothing to keep the DJI pocket from falling out of the out of the holder it be nice if there's something that would hold the bottom of it and the front so it won't fall out if you just want to have your phone in the holder and your pocket in the holder but not connected.

This is such a sturdy, mostly well engineered product, but disappointingly, it has a fatal flaw which could cost you your camera if you don’t make your own modifications.The holder for the camera is three sided and your camera will fall out if you don’t secure it by some means. Don’t even think about using this rig over water - you could say farewell to your camera! I added an elastic band as per my pics, however I’m sure you will agree that this is extremely inelegant.The rig solved one problem for me. My phone case is a backup battery type, making it about 1/4 thicker than usual and it has rounded edges. This is the only rig that secures my phone and it does that extremely well. This is the only reason I gave this product a good rating, when it should in fact get a failing grade for its big design flaw.I also love the handle which easily connects to my tripod and other accessories. DJI were seriously neglectful in not including a shoe in the original Pocket and this rig goes a long way to compensating for this flaw.I would love to see this company rethinking the camera holder, replacing it with a clasp. I would also love to see this product in a selfie stick form for cinematic shots.

The rig is solidly built, superbly machined, and mounts my iPhone 12 Max securely — even with an Otterbox Defender case attached. The mounting of the Pocket 2 to the rig is, however, another story.I felt the mounting of the Pocket 2 to the iPhone (protective case was removed) was still not completely secure, and that the Pocket 2 connection would still not sustain a day’s activity in crowded stadium bleachers, with spectators bumping into your equipment. This mounting issue could have been easily accomplished by clamping or bracing the Pocket 2 to completely surround the camera, rather than just using adhesive “sponge-like” materials on the sides and back of the Pocket 2’s mounting point. I have zero idea why the manufacturers of the rig chose to not secure the Pocket 2 to the rig as securely as it does the phone.I resolved that “mounting security” issue by using the “DJI Do It All” wireless connection, which allows the Pocket 2 to be directly secured to a 1/4” screw mount or the cold shoe. I can now place the Pocket 2 anywhere — including atop the rig and on an extension pole (i.e., “to see above heads when at the ball game.”) There are data cables available to do exactly the same thing as the “Do It All” for much less cost.In summary, because of the various machined attachment points of the rig, it opens up many solid mounting options and possibilities for your phone and the Pocket 2 camera. If you’re gonna go with the Pocket 2 system, the rig is “essential hardware.”

Very well made and I'm disappointed I had to send it back but, it doesn't do me any good if it won't hold the Osmo Pocket!!! This bracket will not hold the Osmo at all, it just slips right through with no pressure on it at all. I sent an email to them explaining the problem and did not hear back. Too bad because other than that it looked like it was well made and I would have loved it.1st updateI received an email today from the seller telling me that they have fixed the problem and would like to send me a new one to review. If and when that happens I will submit a new review based on the fixed product.2nd update*** Everyone needs to be aware of the great service and desire to make things right that this company has shown. I received a new unit today and they have resolved the previous issue they had where the Osmo Pocket slipped right through. They have installed a thicker foam padding that holds the Pocket well. I am very impressed with this mount. I tried another one that seemed to work okay, but this is far superior in the ease of mounting your phone and the Osmo at the same time and the sheer durability of the unity. It is very well made and easily justifies the price. I have changed my rating to reflect my complete recommendation of this product, you won't be disappointed!

Love that it is sturdy. Easy to change and work with. Would buy again.

*** READ TILL END - FIRST REVIEW AND THEN UPDATE ****The quality of the main bracket is great. BUT the attachment for the DJI Osmo Pocket doesn't hold it - it's too wide of an opening and it slips right through. This makes the whole purchase POINTLESS. There was a sheet included asking me to email first if there was a problem to give them a chance to fix it. I did this, but no response. So this review is to simply let people know the main bracket is GREAT but if you are buying for advertised purpose to hold DJI Osmo Pocket then don't bother because it won't work for what it's intended for.UPDATED:Hello - we had to add to this review.Though the original product was not what we wanted, it was refunded and the company went out of their way to then CORRECT the design flaw and now it works very well.We just started using it and so far so good.Glad that some companies listen and care enough to reach out!!

Not a throw away after a single use wished I didn’t spend my money item. Rugged and purpose built

The rig is built very solidly however it doesn't hold the Osmo Pocket very securely. It only has a cradle that grips the sides but the weight of the camera is enough to pull the camera out of the cradle. It really needs a clasp to lock the camera in...poor design. 2 stars for all aluminum construction, -3 for not doing what it's supposed to do. Cannot recommend.Update: I've had this for a few weeks now and ended up having to print a custom bracket to hold the actual camera. The only useful part is the phone holder, I took the camera bracket off and use it to open paint cans now. 1 star for the phone holder; I can't give zero stars for a product that doesn't actually work for what it's designed for.

super sturdy, good quality material. fits my Iphone X and osmo perfectly and easily adjust to bigger and smaller phones quickly!added benefit to the tripod mount is that you can charge the osmo while its will in the rig because the charge port isn't blocked

This is high end product that feels and performs in a professional way. If you are union Osmo Action for commercial use this holder is a must.

Very well built, heavy duty, made of metal. No comparison to plastic rig at all!
