Crockery wala and company Pure Copper Water jug Pitcher,2100 ml

I received this Copper made jug on 5-11-2019 and I am writing on 8-11-2019 after using the jug for last two days. In a nutshell, I am not that happy or satisfied with this product as I expected better product than the one I received. My observations are:->Firstly, the labelling on the copper jug creates enough doubt. Even though the CROCKERY WALA sticker was nicely pasted but it was on another old & torn sticker. May be in a hurry the seller wasn't careful enough to remove the OLD STICKER completely. Or the product may be an Old and used one too.->Secondly, the copper jug has many scratch marks which are visible now after using and washing it. Before using the jug, it was thoroughly washed inside-out. Then some scratch marks were visible. And now after using for two days many scratch marks are noticed on it. Seems like a used product, polished nicely before selling.I don't know Amazon has hired someone sensible and patient enough to read these customers' feedback but for genuine customer satisfaction these feedback are really very important.

Just few hours ago, I received the product. Apparently it looks good. After use few months, quality of product can be accessed.

Ordered for 2100ml. But the supplied vessel inner volume is oly 1500ml. The product tag is tampered also.

The item is very heavy... unlike others, it got sturdy cap... thanks for pitambari as token...the item came well secured but the item cover wasnt great... thats not a big deal...if you want to buy, buy this one... if something happens, replace without hesitation...
