I’ve been using Life Extension’s Collagen capsules for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my joint comfort and flexibility. I trust Life extension so I bought this Collagen supplement for joint supplement and skin jmprovment. It didn't do any harm nor any good for my use . I will not buy it again.

Relieves joint inflammation as expected. The surprise has been the changes in fingernails and hair. My brittle fingernails are now long and smooth and amazingly strong. White (gray) hair is less brittle and softer in texture. I was not expecting that result but this supplement is the only change I made during the period when I noticed the improvement. Great product.
