We purchased this product less than one year ago and it no longer holds a charge. The battery runtime is about 1/2 of what was when new. Also when trying to recharge it it sometimes connects with the charger and sometimes does not.

It looked used. There were fingerprints everywhere, nicks, and scratches on the letting and on the device. I am getting a replacement and will update when it comes. It seems to work fine, but do note that it is very heavy.

I am super excited about this power bank! It can handle high power devices such as my laptop. This enables me to do my work on the road. It charges my laptop quickly and it lasts a long time. I like how it has multiple usb ports in addition to the AC outlet which allows me to charge multiple devices simultaneously, while typical power banks only charge one device at a time. Overall this is a great product and I highly recommend, especially if you are someone who spends a lot of time travelling on the road. Just check whether this device can be brought in hand luggage on airplanes, I wasnt sure of that. Either way, this is a really great power bank and highly useful for travelling.
