Our trainer recommended these - My dog goes crazy for them. They come in square slices, about 2-3 inches squares. They can be hard to break apart, since it is whole dried lung - connective tissue, fat, blood vessels and all. These have a STRONG odor (that's why dog loves them!), and my pup gets soft stool if she gets too much of these, so scale up slowly. We use these as valuable training treats - I chop 1 up into 1/3 to 1/2 inch pieces, mix them with a whole bunch of regular dog biscuits (I like Charlee bear) - keep them in a zippy. This way the scent is "infused" into the regular dog biscuit so she can get a lot more "higher value" treats without the soft poop.

Dog likes it but pieces are too large and too thick for a small dog and are difficult to break in pieces.

I received a bag of these puffed lamb lung treats in August 2015 and they were perfect. They looked like the views of the product on the description page and easily broke apart into smaller pieces. Most of the pieces were flat and varied in thickness from 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch in thickness. See first 2 photos.I ordered and received another bag in November, gave it a quick look (didn't open the bag) and updated my review saying they were great. Two weeks later when I opened the bag, I found the contents of this bag were completely different from the first bag and did not look like the product photos. The pieces were more like lumps up to an inch thick and almost impossible to break up by hand. Also many were almost hand size... See photos 3, 4, and 5.I contacted the seller and they immediately refunded my payment and told me to keep the product, saying they wanted me to be satisfied. I explained my problem with the new bag and the woman said they had no control over the product as it was a natural process. This second bag could not have been the result of the same process as the first.I would much rather have the product as shown in the product photos instead of my refund. If you buy these you'll need a hammer to break them apart.So the seller gets a 5 star rating for their prompt refund and wanting the buyer to be happy, but the product gets a 1 star for not being as described/pictured.

We are very particular with our fur babies.We only feed them Grain free, all natural, no preservatives, made in the USA treats and food. We usually home make their food, and only by the very best highest quality dog treats. I can honestly say that our boys absolutely devoured his bully sticks and we are so appreciative of the honesty surrounding the ingredients used to make them and the made in the USA stamp. Thank you so much for making treats and snacks that we can definitely rely on and know that are keeping our babies healthy!

I love my dogs but I absolutely hate the smell of bully sticks. I've bought the lamb puffs instead and they are very content. These are very generous sized squares that are a healthy treat. As far as a chewy treat, I'm sticking to chicken jerkey.

I have 2 large labs and one large German Shepard. They love these treats. I never give them a whole one... they are very large... But I do cut them down to little bite size pieces. These are great value.

My dogs love, love them! Follow me anywhere when they know I have a pocket with their favorite treats inside. Low in fat, so I'm able to reward without making them heavy.
