ArtisanRaiden (Coffee Brown/XL) [FX-RD-MD-XL] FX MID (Japan Import)

This surface of my raiden is still great. Smooth and fast.I really like the craftsmanship of artisan pads. They're best in class and have such nice color options that are usually sold out if your not in the know.I like this a lot more than a hein as it has a rough surface and the raiden is so silky smooth.Be careful with these pads tho, especially the raiden. I wouldn't eat around it or have dirty or dust prone object near or on top of it cause it will basically get eaten up by the pad.

Like the title says, you can't beat Artisan quality. They may be a bit pricy but the value is there for sure.

Awesome product, comes in a nice square box to insure its flat. the surface is very nice and silky. I get pretty sweaty hands so this is perfect for me, the material absorbs it well.One minor thing is that it feels like it doesn’t have as much grip but that’s not an issue for me. Well worth the money for me

Isn’t that what you’re looking for? Isn’t that why you came looking at this specific pad??..for speed, and consistency!! Well that’s what youll get..and it feels silky smooth and luxurious to add on. Never used a hard pad but from what I hear this is the focal point of a hard pad in a soft pad. I mean I’m blown away at how consistent my aim is. It won’t make you a top tier Aimer but if you have top tier aim already, and your current hardware is holding you back, meaning you can’t get any better than you are nowusing what you have, then this will help!! Once you get the hang of it at least, there is a learning curve even if you’re used to fast pads already..this one is VERY FAST..among the fastes!!and I love it..I’m gonna buy another to have it ready for the day I want a new one

I had this pad for some time, and in terms of a quality speed pad, it can not be beat.It reminds me of other pads like the Dechanic Speed, Razer Goliathus Speed, Logitech G640, and X Ray Pad Thor, where the top fabric is a very smooth and fine texture, silky is the first word that comes to mind. But that being said, it does have a few glaring problems.One, my version had an issue where it would rise up on one side, my best guess is that because they took some of their older stock pads, which in a rectangular box, and put them in the new packaging which is completely flat. Or it was bent in some manner on the way to me. Either way, it's an issue I noticed only with this pad compared to the other Artisans in my collection. The solution seems to be to slightly bend it in the opposite direction to correct it.Two, there are spinouts, which I believe is due to the sensor being optical, the DPI being too high, or it's an issue with LOD. So if you try changing all of these things and still have spinouts, I'd recommend sending it back asap.Other than that, I had no other issues with this pad or any Artisan. They are all top notch imo, it depends on what surface you prefer.The Shidenkai is another great speed pad from them, but due to it's durability I can't recommend it, but if you want a Speed Pad from Artisan, give this one a try. Just be mindful of it's potential problems.
