The floss itself is pretty decent and quite alright to use.The same is true for the hoops, they are sturdy and really I was surprised at their quality.So over all this set is quite useful and I am really enjoying the items from it that I am using and would most certainly say that this is well worth the money I spent on it.However most all the other bits were plasticky and not really sturdy enough to use.So be aware, you are investing inn a lot of floss and hoops, which are really decent quality and well worth it, but you will also end up throwing quite a bit of the bits and bobs.

I tried it for the first time and everything looks good (for beginners anyway). Only gave it 3 stars because the needles broke easily as you can see in the picture i was only going through my third stitch and it broke already.

This is great for beginners. It has everything. The fabric that comes with it is more for cross stitching, but it’s fine for learning stitches. You’ll need to buy some linen for proper embroidery.

This is a very good embroidery/cross stitch kit which comes with everything you need to start an embroidery or cross stitching hobby.The kit consists of good quality threads in a great range of different colours, different sized hoops, very good scissors, a variety of different sized needles, nothing is a miss.Great to give as a gift for an older child or adult.

I was so excited to receive this set. Looks even better in real life where you get to see the range of colours and hoop sizes. I bought for my Mum but I’m contemplating keeping it for myself now lol. Great accessories too including snips, needles, ripper, needle threader. So much for your money. Thank you.
