Surprised at the huge content a kilo actually is in the bagThe flavour is very nice a touch salty but to preserve them I suppose it's necessary.They will be ideal in soups as they add a richer flavour.

I use these to add flavour and texture to the noodles and couscous I eat for lunch. They seem to rehydrate OK using boiling water and the flavour is very tomatoy.

Added to stew and curry, just remember a little goes a long way, the 1kg I bought will last me months

Fast delivery of 1Kg bag of sundried tomatoes bought primarily for use in baking sundried tomato and passata ciabatta but yet to actually use these and QA taste test :-). Expect they will taste great as they look identical to smaller packets sold at my local farm shop. Will update post use in baking if results are outstanding or sub par but fully expect these to be ideal.
