These towels are thick and very beautiful. Good quality and the pictures are accurate.

Looked a long time to match the decor and this is it. Well made, but I confess it is “for decor” mostly. So haven’t done the usual weekly washing yet. They are lovely. Recommend.

The color is accurate, it's pretty soft, and looks pretty. Not super thick, but it can hold up. Made my bathroom pop.

I'm in the middle of a bath remodel and these towels are beautiful with my new rugs and my old wallpaper (pictured). What are the chances of mixing 3 patterns that were produced over a span of nearly 40 years and having it look this good? I think I'll order another set. I ordered the pale blue trim and it reads blue to me, even though another customer thought it looked more green.

First, let me say that the majority of the negative reviews for these towels make me laugh. Some people don't consider what they are buying, nor do they read the description or product details. We'll get to that in a minute.First, the good stuff:The towels are thin, but they aren't any less absorbent than my old towels, which are quite thick. That's a good thing! They dry more quickly after use, which is a great upside to them. Plus, the towel end is very comfortable (feels very nice against your skin) and the decorative end is lovely and compliments my bathroom very well.After a couple of washings, they seem to have held up well. The stitch work on the towels looks to be very well done, and the jacquard woven pattern has not shown any signs of tattering, which is a huge plus.Having said that, all brand new towels shed fluff and fuzz. Especially after the first few washings. They just do. I have never owned a towel in my life that didn't "shed" in some way, shape, form or fashion. Reading some of the other reviews on here makes me wonder what people expect?I also want to quickly mention that the decorative end of the towel is going to be rougher than the absorbent end. It's an embroidery made from different material, and is meant to be decorative. It has nothing to do with the functionality or overall quality of the towel. Use some fabric softener when you wash your towels, and wash them by themselves using the prescribed care directions.All in all, a great towel, and I'm very happy with my purchase, and I look forward to them lasting me a good long while.

Decoration is only at one end not both. They are pretty and washed well but not the best. I use them as bathroom decor
