Were it Possible to Give Negative Stars, I Would -- Don't Waste Your Money!
I've owned soft-sided pet carriers in the past and didn't think twice about ordering a dozen of these for kitten transport for a local rescue. However, I didn't get from my front door to my car before 3 of these carriers' zippers came apart and I found myself frantically trying to round up 10-week old kittens in my yard. Before this fiasco, 2 other of the carriers' zippers simply wouldn't open when I was getting the kittens into the carriers and a 3rd carrier's zipper broke when I was in the process of unzipping it. If I could give a review with negative stars, I certainly would. Don't waste your money -- there are soft-sided pet carriers available from Amazon that actually work.

It's heavy duty but comfortable enough for my pet to travel in
I recently purchased this item for my 5 almost 6 lb Chihuahua and it was exactly what I was looking for. She travels with me everyday in my car it's a perfect size for her and I am able to attach the seatbelts for a more secure safe ride for her in the car. I think it's perfect for what my expectations were to use for my pet in an everyday bases.

Seam came apart before I even used it!
I bought this to bring our new puppy back on the plane with us. I flew from home with it empty other than a baggie of dog food and a couple of dog treats. The day we were due to pick up our puppy and fly home, I discovered the seam had separated for several inches, creating a big enough hole for a puppy head to fit through. It created major problems trying to keep a scared puppy contained on two long flights! I don't see any opportunity to get my money back.

Pretty nice
I am actually on my second carrier. My first carrier broke at the vets office. The zipper came undone and could not be fixed. My replacement has been really good. I find it reliable and duralbe (just don't pull hard on the zippers). Travels well, pretty comfortable. No complaints

liteweight and sturdy
We have 12 cats and are moving several hundreds of miles. I needed compact sturdy liteweight. I got all that and the biggest of my cats Langley loves his. They arrived well packaged and fast. Price is right too. Thank you

Flimsy but gets the job done
It is a little flimsy but it gets the job done. Only use the shoulder strap to carry or you will cause it to become misshapen. Also wish it was a little taller my tiny 5 lbs dog can sit upright it it and that bugs her.
