PERFECT!
THIS is the tent light I've been looking for all these years! It is lightweight, has three brightness levels, and really puts out a good amount of light. We just used it while camping in northern Wisconsin this past weekend, and it excelled. Way better than the heavy lantern I used to hang from a carabiner in my tent canopy! We spent the last day at a family member's house due to strong storms, where we ended up losing power for several hours. This little guy saved the day, lighting up an entire room with ease. As an added bonus, it lays perfectly flat on its back/top when you flip it over and swing the hanging piece to the side. I'd buy this lantern a hundred times over for any camping needs! PS - the keychain that comes with it is a goofy piece of garbage. Just a metal keychain with no functionality other than being a key chain. We all laughed at it after we realized that it wasn't a flashlight, nor a thermometer, nor anything else that served any purpose.

Handy little accessory to take camping
This was an affordable little light that worked quite handy in the tent, hung from the ceiling by the little attached hook. I'm hoping the LED lights will mean great economy on the batteries. Three levels of lighting. It might be a good extra light on the patio too (assuming long battery life, which I have not tested, but I am assuming since it is LED).

Weird blue light I hate, but it is rechargeable with your own batteries.
Way too blue. This light is cool because it is so handy and it is rechargeable! BUT the light i emits is way too blue and not fun to have as a tent or room light in emergencies or for camping. It produces an uncomfortable shade of blue light that is unappealing. It's too bad because it does have a c-clip carabiner and an ability to be recharged. It has three brightness levels of light but as I said they are all way too blue and it's just weird.

camping light
Looked good but only lit up in daylight. Maybe it was too cold. Going to try new batteries and try again this weekend. Fingers crossed.

Kind of a disappointment
This light is smaller than it looks and not as bright or powerful either. I used regular batteries and the light was dim within hours. I'm not sure this is even worth the batteries it takes to use. On the positive side, it attaches easily to a top of a camping tent. I could see using it inside a small tent with plenty of reading light, but for outside-the-tent applications it just didn't cut it the way I was hoping.

Provides bright and wide lights
I took this light with me to a cabin camping trip. The light is about the size of my palm and pretty light in weight. The construction of the light felt sturdy. There's 3 levels of light output that you can choose from. I left my old Coleman 2 mantel lantern at home and replaced it with this light. We cook outdoors and while the Coleman lantern was bright, it didn't cast enough light for cooking sitting on the table. The LED light can be hung on top of the cooking area to cast a bright light (not sure what the lumens rating is). I just hung it from a cord I ran across the top of the cooking table about 5 feet from the surface of the table. My wife loved the amount of light it put out and being able to see into the pots/frying pan that the sideways shining Coleman lantern couldn't match. Plus it was completely safe to have around kids that want to touch everything. It would definitely have lid up our large tent with no problem. I highly recommend this versatile light.

These were delivered very timely and worked wonderfully. We went camping and they were perfect for our tent. We have a 6 person tent and our daughter has an even bigger one. I bought two and have no complaints. There's 3 settings for bright, brighter and brightest lights and it's quite a lot for such a small housing. I would suggest not leaving the light on as to avoid attracting evening bugs. Use it when necessary.I would definitely recommend this product to others.
