Superb peaches! Amazing processing. The liquid fraction is about 15% which is very low. Other canned fruit seem more like 50%. And the added sugar, as other have remarked, is also low. The flavor is fruit forward.

Freestone Peaches that taste wonderfully homemade!
My father in law passed away over 30 years ago. He canned the most delicious peaches I have ever tasted. Since his passing, I have been trying and tasting store bought canned peaches; however, they did not pass the taste test. Then on Amazon I saw these cans of Freestone Amish Made Old Fashioned Peach Halves. I opened one of the glass jars as soon as they arrived. The taste is unbelievably delicious! The only difference between his canned peaches and the Amish Made peaches is that his were made from peaches that were a little bit riper. His daughter owned a peach orchard and he would pick up the ripe peaches from the ground. Amish Made are so good, I immediately ordered eight more and will continue to do so. We enjoyed them so much!!

Will buy more! FIVE STARS and I give more if I could
Both jars were FIVE STARS. EVERYTHING we had hoped for and more. The jars we packed tight but not overly filled with peaches. All of the peaches were equally firm, sweet, perfectly peeled and nearly impossible to not just eat right out of the jar. I used them for my husbands homemade Birthday cobbler! Some of our family doesn’t like peach cobbler....EVERYONE ate this one!Perfection! Quality, quantity and beautiful peaches that remind you of cherished childhood days.

Wonderful Peaches, Too Expensive
These peaches are really, really good. They are too sweet for me, but they're still really good. I recently purchased 2 32oz jars of peaches from another Amish vendor, and they were not good compared to these. I tried them because they are much less expensive than these. These peaches have 70 calories and 13 grams of sugar per serving. The other ones have 170 calories per serving and 41 grams of sugar. Wow! I won't purchase the other ones again because the quality is nowhere near what these are. I will purchase these again, but not too often, because of cost. $20 for a jar of peaches is too much!

They hold up in the oven!
Pleasantly surprised! I make a baked oatmeal dish with fruit/berries and thought I’d give it a go with these peaches. I was pleasantly surprised! Not too sweet. Consistency was nice even after going in the oven. I nibbled a couple before they went in, and they were pretty good on their own! Pretty sure I’ll be ordering more. The jar labels were easy to remove, and have a nice aesthetic so I’ll be repurposing the jars during my bulk food grocery trips. They’d make a nice gift or an Aunt or Grandmother. I’d recommend!

Best I ever had
Usually I get supermarket peaches out of season but since I have found this it has become my go to brand. It is way better than the brand-name products or any other products out there. I like it so much that I stock my pantry for winter use after getting 20 jars ( 2 orders) I ordered another 20 because it will not last the winter. It tastes great just like peaches I used to get when I was younger. No aftertastes No Extra sweetnesses just peach. You will not be disappointed with this product
