Not Enough Information
I really liked the idea of an exfoliating cleanser that also moisturizes my skin. I just used the product and it's ok, not at all irritating and does seem to exfoliate. My complaint though is that I couldn't find the ingredients to this product anywhere, even on their website. When I received my jar, the ingredient paper says, "This product may contain any of the following..." and then lists a LOT of ingredients. First, I only want to know what is in the jar I'm using, not in all their products! Second, the first ingredient is soybean oil and I stay away from soy due to the estrogen content and being a cancer survivor. It was also extremely oily, so I've put it in the refrigerator hoping it will solidify. That being said, who wants to keep their facial cleanser in a refrigerator? I don't want to have to take something out of my refrigerator every time I wash my face. Last, it seemed it took about a month for my package to arrive. Anyhow, overall, if the package had arrived in a decent amount of time as other packages do and if I had been able to read the ingredient label before purchasing or at least known the exact ingredients in the product when I got it, I'd feel better about this product.

It's a good product but I found it both messy and expensive.
I ordered my facial scrub directly from Simple Sugars after seeing it on a repeat show of Shark Tank. I'd have tosay the sugary aroma is almost enticing enough to make me want to eat it...It arrived separated...when I opened the jar, with oil all over the lid and sugar granules fused into the jar grooves.. I could barely get the lid back on again due to the sugar making it difficult to turn the lid back on. Fortunately I ordered a flip top lid which replaces the original lid and doesn't need to be unscrewed ever again, only flipped up. Having said that, it came with a little spoon which I used to mix the oil into the sugar... I washed my face with it, scrubbed until the sugar dissolved. Had to use a cleanser after that to remove the oily feel. The result was that my face looked brighter, cleaner and it was a nice experience. I would imagine all sugar scrubs are a total mess to use...either it's an oil/sugar ratio issue or being required to stir it up enough to where it doesn't drip all over the counter, or being left with sugar granules stuck in the grooves of the jar and lid.My biggest issue with this product isn't the actual efficacy of this product, is the cost of the product for the small amount and then there was a shipping cost on top of that. Just very expensive for a sugar scrub. I just placed an order for Andalou's lemon sugar scrub for the face. I want to compare it to Simple Sugars because I only paid $15.00 including shipping.Still this product deserves 5 stars for being effective. My skin feels soft and clean.

Very oily and difficult to clean up
The product creates a slick oily coating on the shower floor tiles and grout: Very difficult to remove even using strong cleanser. Will never use again. Product satisfaction clearly not guaranteed as no refund was offered.

Simple Sugars Avocado Scrub
I found the scrub very irritating to my face. The sugar granules are too large and should be more refined. The smell is nice. The price is high for a small jar and there's no free shipping. Would not purchase again.
