Not form, fit & function H7!
This product is NOT form, fit & function the same as an H7 original equipment bulb. See photo. The large heat sink prevents it from fitting a Ford Fusion despite Amazon’s claim to the contrary. Also if you are a Fusion owner see internet description of how to change a headlight. The Ford design engineers should be drawn & quartered for the TERRIBLE access to the headlights. Even the front bumper has to be disconnected with about 20 fasteners needing to be disconnected!! Plan on two hours to get to the bulbs and then to put everything back together.

Fits w210 / e320 year 2000 housing...perfectly
Got these Beamtech LEDs in H7 to replace / upgrade the high beam H7 pair on our w210 Benz wagon.Very happy !!! They're a whole dimension brighter & clearer light than the 55w halogens they replaced. This translates to better night vision on our dark rural highways, to avoid the critters that inhabit themI hit a dead dear laying across my lane last winter, taking out the radiator & lower bumper fascia, so we're needing better vision for safety's sake .An added bonus these had a removable ring that allows "lamp retaining wire" to attach, then lamp slips thru & rotates to secure. This matters as the fatter portion of bulbs rear heat sink is too wide for wires to fit over.Additionally the MB housing dust & water cover still fits over lamp assembly, barely.I'm ordering more of these for my w163 (ML500) as it also has the sub-standard halogens. These quite appear to be an improvement over the HIDs on several levels too:less plumbing wiringno warm up, instant onbrighterFor now I will keep my low beams HID [on MB they're separate pair from highs], until they burn out a bulb, then replace with these superior units.I will update on longevity details. Thanks for reading - David in East Texas

Easy installation, fan-less!
Update (02/29/2020): After 6 months, still working well.Update (12/07/2019): After 4 months, these are still working well. Was concerned that they might have heat and burn out issues, but still holding up.(08/15/2019) Summary: Easy installation, no fans!Pros: 1) quarter turn locking lug, makes installation very easy (see pic #2 & #3); 2) fan-LESS (see pic #4).Neutral: Quite a few reviews about these burning out, so time will tell if the heat sink is sufficient to dissipate the heat effectively.Cons: None.Discussion: This is the third brand/style of LED H7 head lights I have bought for my 2007 Honda CBR1000RR. Previous ones were: Lasfit and Audew, both were fan types, and both had fan issues.Previous review:https://smile.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R3V9N6B05EG51D/

No Error Codes, GREAT Customer Service, Perfect Beam Pattern, & Honest Specs!
I ordered and installed a pair of these BEAMTECH H7 LEDs as low beams in my 2016 BMW X3, in April of 2019. Everything has been perfect! For my X3's high beams, I thought I would be adventurous and try a competing model (also sold by Amazon at exactly the same price), whose claim of 9,600 lumens is 20% greater than the BEAMTECH spec of 8,000 lumens. BIG MISTAKE!Problems with this other model: 1) fan made installation VERY difficult, 2) beam pattern so high, I was flashed several times when just test driving around the block, 3) NOT noticeably brighter, and worse of all 4) error codes when installed either as low or high beams. :( Thanks to Amazon's 30-day return policy, I returned these immediately and decided to stick with OEM halogens for high beams. However....During Prime Day 2019, BEAMTECH offered a 20% discount. But because it was not a specific Prime Day promotion and although I added a 2nd set into my Amazon shopping cart, I did not proceed with ordering. Much to my disappointment, the 20% coupon disappeared, the day after Prime Day :( I wrote to BEAMTECH and they replied right away, advising me that if I order, they would give me a 20% refund :) !!In summary, my positive experiences with BEAMTECH: 1) without a bulky cooling fan, very easy to install, 2) no CAN BUS error codes , 3) no cooling fan noise, 4) no electronic interference, 5) perfect beam pattern , 6) honest specs, and of course, 7) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Installed in Suzuki GSX-R750 K6 motorcycle
Purchased a set of H7s from Amazon June 12th to install in my GSX-R750 K6 to replace weak halogen headlight. Not out-of-the-box install, though (as expected). Required another purchase from Amazon for shim to put onto bulb so that retaining clip on moto would firmly hold bulb in place (second picture) since nothing in box but 2 bulbs. Also purchased a resistor/decoder to prevent flickering. Overall, rated 4 stars since I had to order shim to make bulb fit my bike. Once I had everything, install went fairly smoothly. As you can see from picture, light is significantly whiter than halogen. Brightness is significantly more, too. New bulb did pretty decent this evening when I went for about a 2 hour test ride. Was some rain and roads were wet and no noticeable reduction in lighting. Don't have any long-term usage info yet as bulb installation completed earlier this evening.

Does not work in audi A3
Will not fit in factory halogen housing on 2006 Audi A3 (8p). Actually just broke my inner housing trying to get it in. Heatsink is too big to mount and even if it did, the factory retentionclip cannot hold the weight of the heatsink and the bulb clunclips itself. Tested them outside of housing and canbus blowout triggered. Also bought H11s from you for dipped beams and although they dont trigger canbus warning and they mount great, they do flicker on and off rapidly when I turn key from off to run. I guess ill just give these away now that I need to spend $500 on a new headlight housing 😡
