5'6 140lbs, 38C - got mediumWasn't 100% certain this was quality product based on other reviews, but I purchased 1 to check it out & i'm very pleased!I got this to wear post tummy lipo, once I got the green light from the Dr to ditch the itchy velcro belt they have you wear for 3 wks & change to a compression garment, so I switched to this and what a dream!It's comfortable, pretty and the straps keep it up.Love it, buying 2 more

A good alternative to the corset
I liked the flexible material this was made of & the mesh shoulder straps because they were much more comfortable then, let’s say, a full on corset...Yet still as effective at cinching the waist. It is also very discreet looking. It is not visible underneath most clothing.However, based on the size chart I ordered size XXL, but after putting it on I am realizing I probably need to exchange this for an XL. I do like it, though. It just needs to be a bit tighter.So If you are purchasing this item & wondering if you should order the smaller size...the answer is likely yes.
