It does not work
Terrible product. I feel fooled to have bought this product both for home and for work. It doesn't stick on anything, even a piece of paper that I stuck in my office wall has fallen down.

Good for small lightweight stuff
The tape is good quality, is thin but holds lighter stuff like poster, photos, etc. We need to clean the surface first before sticking tape to it. If wall is greasy, obviously the tape will not stick well to it. So good wipe will do the job. Thats most important thing if we want the tape to work for us. Tape is 10m long, which I'm pleased about as it will last for long. We sticked photo frame to cupboard side and after a week it's still there. Depends how heavy is the item we want to hang, we can use more tape to support the weight. Tape is sticky, feels strong and from smooth surfaces it can be pealled off and reused. Its always good to have double sided tape in household as its needed a lot for many small things. For heavy duty stuff this tape is nit good enough but for basic lightweight things it does the job.

More efficient than double-sided tape but you need quite a lot to stick a picture in place
What's that phrase, horses for courses?I think the description of this product and the claims of what it can do need to be qualified in relation to certain factors. Firstly I don't think a single strip is sufficient if you want to fit something that say is for instance a relatively lightweight A4 frame you really need to put quite a lot on to make sure that it stays in position. If you do this it will probably work but if you're expecting a single strip that you put in the centre or at the top to hold it in place you probably be disapointed. So far I've used this to fix in place a lightweight plastic light switch at the side of a ceramic vase. It has fixed this very securely and there are no signs that it's coming loose. The second purpose I've used one of these for what's to fix a plastic strip to the side of a cupboard, so that was fixing plastic to wood, again no issues issues the thin plastic strip remains secure. So I actually quite like using this stuff and I think it's certainly better than simple double-sided tape can I use quite a lot in my crafting projects and it isn't as good as this stuff. However if you want it to stick something that's a bit heavy then you need to use a sufficient quantity of this stuff to keep it in place.

Not good
There are probably a few use cases for this, but 9 times out of 10 you're going to be frustrated because it is inconsistent.Easy enough to cut to length but I found that it simultaneously left residue and wasn't sticky enough most of the time. There are better options out there.

Sticks well and leaves no residue
I wanted this to stick an air freshener to my downstairs loo door and covering the entire back of the container has done a really good job of sticking it to the door, it's not going to fall off any time soon. My air freshener is a plastic container with a charcoal cloth sack inside that I have to remove every so often to sit it in the sun to charge it up, so to speak, to make it work again. Pulling at the container to unfasten and remove the front didn't make it come off my door, so I'm happy with that. I previously had it stuck on with Velcro sticky dots and it has fallen off a couple of times and scared us half to death in the night as it is too heavy and it always came off when I pulled it to open it for recharging. I also put a bit on the other side of the door so that I could test how well it removed and it came cleanly away and left no sticky residue. I can't comment one how effective it would be at holding anything heavy, you probably couldn't just put a small piece at each corner, you'd need to make sure you use enough, but it does come off paintwork cleanly. I also tried it on wallpaper, on a bit that wouldn't show, and it did come off that cleanly too but I would certainly recommend to exercise caution if using on wallpaper and check in a place that won't be visible first. The best way that I can describe what this is like is that it is like that stuff that sticks a new credit card to the paper when you get it in the post, so if you have had that then you'll know that it usually comes off both the credit card and the paper, the only difference with this is that it comes off in one piece rather than you having to roll it off. I've always wanted to get some of that stuff, I don't really know why, I just did, and now I have something very, very similar, so I'm happy :-).

Not great
Does not hold anything light on my caravan walls. Could be that it’s wipe down wall paper
