Bicycle cover
The advert says Bicycle cover so one assumes it was designed for this genuine purpose. On unpacking it was a garden bench seat cover the cover, it is good and does the job my only point is that on a bench it would reach the floor, with a bike the handle bars make it harder to cover the whole bike too the floor.
